My car got messed up by my insurance company and they were going to pay for damages. I brought my car here to get estimates for my damages inorder to send to my insurance and the guy responds by saying its hard for him to find a front bumper replacement for my car. He was trying to tell me to have my insurance company take a look at my car first and they will give me estimates even though i already had my car looked at by them and they said to choose my own body shop and send them estimates, or use one of theirs (which in this case i chose to go to Serafin for estimates). The owner or whatever he is was trying to argue with me about whether i should use one of my insurance companies body repair shops, instead of just answering my question on whether or not i can get a bumper replacement and estimates on the damages at his shop. I then told him he clearly wasnt answering my question, and i already had what he was talking about worked out with my insurance, in which he kept being rude and arguing so i then got in my car and left, as he shrugged his shoulders because he didnt care. Bad service and no sense of urgency to help. Instead it seemed like he didnt want to fix my car because the first thing he said was it was hard to find my front bumper and immediately trying to have me go to my insurance companies shop.
