This the best auto service place I’ve ever been to! They fit me in without an appointment, and I got my car back the same day. They are so kind and caring. They explained everything, are very knowledgeable. They also have the best prices I’ve ever experienced. I will definitely be a customer for life. Don’t think about going anywhere else, these guys are amazing!

absolutely great service came in for problems with my heat not working and the dealership quoted me over $3000 i took it here to see if i could get it done for lower. my final bill was a little over $500 and it was done same day could not recomend enough!!!!

Amazing shop! Had an emergency issue with my truck, called the shop and they took care of my issue same day. Owner was very nice and worked on the price with me to make it very affordable. I will be returning in the future.

What a great discovery. Dave was a savior squeezing me in on a Sunday for a last minute repair. Their price was incredibly easy on the wallet. Dave is great person and knows his cars. With his group, you are actually talking to a mechanic about your issue. Call there the next time you need a repair.

Was in the area for work and during my travel my break line blew out. Had gotten several outrageous quotes from some shops in the area. After contacting secret service auto they took very good care of me, very nice crew. They got me back on the road before my 2 hour commute home on such short notice. Very thankful for dave and his crew! 10/10

So I stopped here at Secret Service auto to have the techs look at my car. I did call in advance to schedule for them to look at my car because it was having problems starting in the morning. James said he was very busy, but he could look at it the next day and gave me a time to come in. When I arrived, James came out and hooked a dinostic computer into my car. James didn't discover anything wrong, and then he checked under the hood and found the things it could be. He gave me a quote, and I thought it was a fair price. James said he could make an appointment for next week and said it would take him 30 minutes to fix it. The car now starts perfectly in the morning, and I'm happy 😊 so if you need some work done on your car, give Secret Service Auto a call.

I absolutely love the James the mechanic. He is an amazing mechanic. He does not take advantage of woman that are unknowledgeable about cars if anything he goes above and beyond on the vehicle and makes sure u r safe. He is very intelligent and knows almost anything about any car. Me and my dad have been going to him for almost my whole life. I'm 35 years old not if that says anything. And I will continue to go to him. I have two vehicles actually coming in on Monday for estimates for a lot of work on a jeep and Chevy avalanche. I look forward to having my vehicles back to running great. Thanks guys for ur hard work. You to Dave this is tija by the way excuse the profile name .

I brought in a car for pre-sale inspection. Dave was friendly, putting it on the lift to check suspension, etc., and running a complete scan. He also took the car out for a test drive, and explained things he felt the vehicle needed. Follow-up: after purchasing the vehicle based on Dave's recommendation I took it to my usual shop (a distance away from where I bought the car). My mechanic showed me how the car had sat in water (flooded) and demonstrated how badly rusted some frame members were as a result. The car needed immediate frame member replacement to the tune of $3500 to make it safe, something Dave had not noticed. Fortunately the total price for the car with repairs was still OK, but I probably would have passed on buying it had the severity of the rust been brought to my attention.

This place came highly recommended to me and I was trying to figure my car problems out on my own with following the codes but all I needed to do was go to Secret Service Auto and within 20 minutes they called me and told me what the problem was and that for only $298 and 30 minutes I could have my car back completely fixed and all the stuff I had recently put into my car to try to fix it was not necessary. (Close to $600). This place is amazing, very accommodating, and most of all very honest and very friendly. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto repairs. This is the ONLY place I will ever use!

I haven't left a review it seems. But i have been going to the company for nearly 10 years. Been going since they had a shop in Highland. The people are always amazing and fix my problem. The prices are the best around for sure, and with the quality of work. Its my top place to go when having issues. The company has worked on my personal cars, friends, girlfriend's, and family members. I highly recommend going to them.

I live in Redford, MI and was told that I could take my 2009 Silverado to this facility and have them put a new rear end on it. Which I did, and am very happy with it. It was definitely worth the trip and miles from my home to M59; and I can recommend them to all in need.
