Scuderia is the real deal. I have bought bikes off the floor and worked in sales in the industry. I have never seen a team work harder to get someone on the bike they wanted. They worked an amazing fairy tale of a deal for me, and kept on working after the deal to square up some odds and ends. Basically if you are in the market for a brand Scuderia carries, go there. Even if you think they don't have the bike go talk to Caleb, I was super impressed with their ability to make it happen. Talk to Kennedy in parts/apparel, very informed and knows what fits. All said and done super fair pricing on the vehicle and extended warranty, etc. Couldn't be happier and feel supported by the dealer. Thanks guys!!!!!!

Couldn’t have had a better experience with getting my motorcycle serviced. Nick and the team at Scuderia West took care of every concern of mine and got my bike running optimally. I am very glad to know that there is a professional shop in the city that works on Royal Enfield’s. And the shop is magnificent by the way, right on the Waterfront with minimal foot traffic. I highly recommend coming here for any motorcycle needs!!

Was shopping for a new KTM. Called a few local dealers. Caleb at Scuderia gave me the best deal. They are very friendly dealership. You have to check out their new location, absolutely stunning. Feels like a motorcycle museum. Will be happy to do business with them in the future.

Extremely deceptive fees. A bike advertised at $2499 was $4200 out the door…and this wasn’t told to me until AFTER I applied for financing. I get it, there are going to be taxes and fees on any purchase at a dealership, but this is deceptive. I’ve paid less in dealer fees, licensing, and other charges on a $20,000 car at a dealership.

I had a frustrating experience at this Moto-Shop, particularly with a salesman named Caleb. I went in to explore trading in my motorcycle for one they had for sale. Caleb assured me there were no issues with the bike, but upon closer inspection, I found several problems that were not mentioned. It felt like there was a lack of transparency and honesty in his approach. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend purchasing anything at this place! They're the epitome of a sleazy car dealership!!!

My long dream of owning a Vespa came to fruition at Scuderia. i had hopped to a few other Vespa dealers (all of which seem to specialize in motorcycles including here). Without a doubt Scuderia had the best selection of Vespas: electrics, 50, 150, or 300cc. It's pretty chill and low pressure which is nice. They can get you some parts to trick it out too (I needed a top box and the perimeter bars) because it needs to be tricked out a bit. Buying it was an interesting 'tour of the shop' where you talk to someone in sales (Caleb was great and patiently answered my questions and chatted with me each time i came back to look at the ride I was interested in), then parts (where Kennedy knows all), then finance/purchase (which Don walks you through), then service. It's really more of a 'get to know the dealer' kinda thing that I really appreciated. When I picked up my ride, Caleb gave me a walk through and some 'new ride/new rider' tips which were very helpful. Plus they just moved into a new space which is awesome and out by dog patch (they are doing demo days at the new location so you can try out rides). Oh and just remember, they have motorcycles here too (KTMs, Aprilias, Kymcos, Royals, etc.), so it's not just for Vespas.

I was simply amazed as the positive level of quality customer service that I had the extreme pleasure of experiencing the very first time, that I entered their establishment. From, the Head Cheese to the Super Agent, I truly enjoyed the overall ambience and just the warm, down to earth bike knowledge. I"ve been to over 8-9 different Bike, Motorcycle places the past few weeks, and Scuderia West definitely, "Head and Shoulders", above the rest. A Big Mahalo Nui, as we say back home n Honolulu. Nick and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my motorcycle was in pristine condition. A long overdue review here, bought my Vespa here and then my KTM 1290 GT - which I love! First day I picked it up, I rode it to Los Angeles. Amazing service from these guys. They were patient and looked after me. Big shout out to Caleb and Kennedy!

Great shop! I bought my Tuono here, and the salesperson was very accommodating in helping me with the logistics of getting it where it needed to be to help with a somewhat tricky logistical situation. Kennedy is also the man. Everytime I have called in, he has been kind and very helpful when I have any kind of issue with the bike. Always giving me great honest advice and helping me think through any issues I am having with the bike as well as come up with very thoughtful solutions. The same goes for the other people in the service department as well! I had a small issue with the bike that was caused by the dealer, but they went above and beyond making sure I was made whole and got back to riding ASAP. One of the best shops and overall experiences I have seen!

(no rating) it's a chill place to check out new Vespa scooters 'n Royal Enfield motorcycles, and bigger specialized motorcycles. They weren't pushy at all as i was browsing and pondering. Surprisingly, it's cheaper to get a big ol' 300cc (or 350?) Royal Enfield "Classic" than the cheapest Vespa! ... i think i may have just found my dream motorcycle tho..! unfortunately they don't have many used motorcycles 'n scooters, which are in the back-room, nor much cheaper options. The options they do have, however, are quality: KTM, Aprilia, Royal Enfield, Vespa, etc. That covers cross-country, sports, touring, life-long scooter.

A gem of a place. Alex and Dave in the service department are great welcoming people. They were quick to help when I needed a jump. Character is crucial to me as a customer and if you’re going to spend some hard earned bucks on a smooth new whip you should come by here.

Best spot in the Bay Area to get yourself a scooter! They really know their stuff and always have all kinds of cool inventory - I got myself a used Vespa GTS200 in a beautiful seafoam color. Kennedy at the service department is super knowledgeable, always helpful even over the phone, and always finds a solution to your issues (even logistical ones). Overall, a gem of an establishment!

I absolutely love this place. Every time I’ve come in, the staff remember me and are so kind. I was an inexperienced scooter driver, and they made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The process for getting a bike was easy and they reassured me every step of the way. They have the customer’s best interest in mind and were always truthful about what they thought would be the best choice in the long run. I really appreciate their expertise and would recommend everyone come here for their vespa needs! If I knew anything about bikes, I’d want to work here myself lol. They’re also a queer and trans accepting business. They’ve always respected my name and I’ve always felt safe here!

Incredible service department, managed by Kevin M.. It is very evident that they have a culture of excellence, and won't let anything go out the door that they are not proud of. I brought in a pretty beat up Honda CBR 600RR along with some aftermarket fairings purchased online. Jordan, with a strong background in Honda, did an absolutely incredible job on the bike. I didn't even recognize it when I picked up just days after dropping it off. They took the time and care to custom fit the fairings to my bike, going above & beyond. To say their work exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. Kevin, their Service Manager, was very communicative and delivered on everything as promised, at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't take my bike anywhere else. The entire staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Five stars.

My experience with Scuderia West was wonderful. They had good pictures of the bike I purchased online, were clear about their fees upfront and got me out the door and loaded up in under 2 hours. I was able to message them about the bike directly from their online ad and they responded almost immediately even on a day their brick-and-mortar store was closed. The only issue I ran into was finding parking in SF, and that’s certainly not their fault! I would happily recommend them for a new or used bike purchase.

I had an a death in my family during this process and all staff members took the time to share their condolences. AVOID at all costs. This company is fraudulent and will scam you at every opportunity. I’ve had the worst retail experience of my life here; I truly didn’t know a company could be so dishonest. They tried to cheat me out of thousands of dollars. Do business at any other retailer instead. I had a fantastic experience with Revolution Moto in Santa Clara. Choose them, or anywhere else, instead.

Great experience from start to finish. In June, I preordered a Tuono 660 Factory and I took delivery of it last week. Everyone that I've encountered at Scuderia has treated me with respect and made me feel welcome. Special shoutout to Caleb for his great communication. He really impressed me at every step of the way—from placing the order, to offering proactive shipping updates, to ballparking/quoting numbers related to finance, and of course his care and attention on delivery day. My experiences with dealers have typically been good, but Scuderia felt like a cut above. Really glad I chose to deal with them!

I had a gift of a large gift card here, which was my major Christmas present from my boyfriend. This company made it difficult to impossible to spend from day one. They required my partner to call them again after purchase for me to get the value from the card (that’s how gift cards work..). Then when my partner called in, they only wanted to give me half of the value. Now, when I was finally ready to buy a scooter, they wiped the entire value from my card. They stole $7,500.00 from me. The owner knew exactly who I was, and refused to give me any of the money I had toward any purchase. When I told him it was California law that a gift card has to hold its value, he asked if I was a lawyer, over and over, about 10 times. It was clear that he wanted to keep the entire purchase price as pure profit. I am reporting to the better business bureau and am now forced to file a lawsuit. I spoke to other motorcycle shops who volunteered that this place is unethical, without my prompting. If only I had known earlier. Do not go here. They charge more than any other store, pitch you on the value of the service they provide, then cheat you at every opportunity. Beware. Edit to respond: Even their response exposes how dishonest they are. They completely fabricated that I said a thing about recording anything. I did that without saying a word about it, I just did it because I was so shocked at how the owner was treating me from the very beginning. I was completely calm when I arrived; all I wanted to do was use the gift I had been given. He is right that it DOES have a zero balance on the card: and guess why? Because this business never registered the amount at all. They tried to get out of it from the very beginning. This response shows how they are AGAIN attempting to get out of honoring this credit entirely. My partner has already spoken to them, which should never have been necessary to begin with. That’s not how a gift card works. It is entirely mine, legally. At no time did I “pitch a fit”, and in fact it was quite the opposite. The owner was yelling from the very beginning, I got the distinct feeling that he felt convicted about it and was shocked that his dishonest actions were coming back to him. In fact, the owner even got extremely personal, trying to claim that my partner never wanted me to have it, which I know for a fact is false. We have a great relationship. And oh, the “Karen” insult. A perfect way to try to keep an undramatic woman in line, and smear a woman’s character to try to make her seem unreasonable and difficult. Also: No- I did not write 3 reviews. I do have friends and family who care, and are also affected. That happens when you try to steal $8,000.00 from someone. I had to call the police to report this felony-level theft. This has all been deeply upsetting. It’s very saddening and shocking for a business to be so dishonest, and to try to entirely steal something so valuable. It’s truly extremely unfortunate that I am forced to take legal action just to force this store to be honest.

These guys are amazing! Took delivery of my motorcycle today! Caleb is very friendly and knowledgeable. He knows the ins and outs of the motorcycle. Array is like a Yoda sitting calmly on a quiet corner of the dealership , but a lot taller than the Yoda! Responded to all my quires in a very calm manner and presented with all the available maintenance add on options but at the same time he was not too pushy to sell anything that I was not comfortable with buying. Dave on parts/ maintenance section is very friendly, he was able to reach out to the Manufacturer about a part I enquired about but wasn't listed on the Manufacturer's website for some reason, and get their feedback on time. Rone is very knowledgeable on the riding gear section, definitely learnt a lot of stuff from him on all the safety features to look out for on the gear when buying. Overall the buying process was smooth and I am very satisfied with the purchase, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend! Best Wishes to Scuderia to keep growing! Cheers, Bala
