Great service right when we needed it the most in the middle of returning from a cross country trek. His quick reply on a Sunday when no one seems to answer their phone was awesome but then he made quick repairs and stuck with us till everything was working properly, stick to his up front price and shook our hand. Highly recommend. We were back on the road in no time!

Russel is a master. I called him because my pump was not working. He found the reason why and gave me RV 101 on running my water system. While we waited for the tank to fill, he asked me if there was something else that he might help with. I decided to test him! :-) I told him that I could not get the app for my trailer to work to where I could work slide lights with my phone. I have owned this for two years and could never get it to work. bam!! In 15 minutes I could use my phone to control the RV.I’m sure you understand that mobile techs are not inexpensive… But Russel was reasonable and the kind of guy you would let your grandkids be around. Very friendly! And very understanding of my not understanding my RV. I would recommend him and will use him again.

I can not say enough good things about Scruss Man RV Repair. We are driving cross country and had an issue with a bent rod in our slide topper. I called them in the morning and asked if there was any chance they could help us if we got to San Antonio by 3:00. Russell said he would be there after he finished his already scheduled appointments. He got to our site by 9:50. Determined the rod was in fact unusable was able to remove the topper for us while providing us photos and videos to show the dealer that had installed the toppers a week ago what happened. He is smart detailed oriented and focused on doing a good job.

He came out on short notice and replaced my AC unit on my fifth wheel. I really appreciated that he took so much care to put down pads and blankets to protect my trailer from any potential damage when using ladders and tools. I found out that he also does repairs for aftermarket warranties so I will call him back if I need anything fixed in the future. Highly recommend!

I contacted Scruss Man RV Repair on a Sunday afternoon after we realized we our electric chord was literally fried. Russell was so fast to respond, schedule and repair the issue. Will definitely be using for any and all repairs in the future.

Russ was awesome and took great care of us. He was able to squeeze us in on short notice and aside from his professionalism, he did an excellent job repacking our wheel bearings. If I was staying in Texas he would be the only person I went to for repairs. You will not be disappointed with his work.

Just an incredible showing of customer service, professionalism, and knowledge. Russ was the beacon in the night for a family of weary travelers. He was able to assess, diagnose and replace the A/C unit on a rented camper in no time at all. He was able to get us to a safe place, and get us fixed up on a SUNDAY afternoon. Russ was nice, friendly and fast. He was even able to assist with getting things in order for a warranty claim on our side. Just can’t say enough about how much we owe to Scruss Man RV Repair. 10 pm Thursday, night before a coast trip, our AC and refrigerator were out. Russ was there in a timely manner, diagnosed quickly, had the parts on his truck to fix immediately, was up front and transparent about the cost and was friendly and helpful the entire time. Called Russel for a much needed quick repair. Water was getting into the RV and creating floor damage. He responded to our call quickly and was able to do the repair in a couple of days.

Did a water heater replacement for me. Was a great experience, very knowledgeable about rvs. Very professional and competent at his job. Will definitely use for any and all my Rv services in the future. I’ve had other mobile Rv techs do jobs in the past in San Antonio and his are by far the best I have experienced. Would recommend 10/10.

Russell provided us with a same day diagnosis. He had the motor for our AC in stock at his shop and was able to do the repair the following day. His punctuality and professionalism were refreshing in today's at times volatile environment.

Fantastic Service! Troubleshot, figured out what was wrong and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. I have a 2012 5th that is 38.5ft with one A/C and I had issues with it. So after talking and trying to figure out scheduling, he was able to work me in during my tight schedule that doesn't work well with RV shops right now. The way the AC was acting, we both thought that being such a large RV with one AC, that it was gonna be toast because its working so hard in Southern Texas. But he checked everything and found that everything works well and it just needed a good servicing. We then switched the conversation on how to get me a 2nd unit (pre-wired at master vent) so that my RV can cool a little better and not run the existing AC to the ground. So all in all it was great working with Scruss Man RV. Will be using in the future.

100 degree heat and our AC went out in our RV, that we just started living in for the hottest summer coming! We called around, and Russell answered the call & talked to us & had great communication and worked around his schedule to get our emergency situation taken care of the same day!! And on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend!! We are so grateful!! He was very professional and quick and did a great job!!! Thank you so much Russell!!
