We never have an issue here, Alejandro was awesome during our visit, he’s very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest we were in and out for our oil change. We even got some good recommendations from him!

went in to go for a normal car wash and there were a bunch of people in line. when i got my car lined up after i paid, for some reason i couldnt put my car in neutral and was telling the operator to stop. i had my hands up and everything (ps my windows werent tinted). she started the carwash so i had soap sprayed into my car since my window was still open halfway, had to brake in between the whole thing bec i wouldve hit the car in front of me, until they finally stopped in the middle and she was telling me to put my car in neutral. after explaining to her that i WAS trying to tell her earlier but she wasnt listening to me, i heard no apologies, any remorse nothing. safe to say im not going to this branch anymore yall have fun tho

Excellent service at the Scrub a dub on Howell. 4 guys total working. They double-checked to be sure that's every thing was done and correctly. Would highly recommend.

I stopped in for an oil change and atf transmission flush today. I get a mobile 1 full sync oil change with the extended life oil filter. My oil changes use to be 10k between changes they tried telling me it's only 6k now. The oil I've been getting didn't magically become 40% worse they're just trying for a cheap cash grab on customers who don't know any better. The oil tech tried to tell me it's for my vehicles recommendations. When I got my car I had free oil changes that went between 10k miles. So either the dealership is lying or you guys are. Mr. Car wash did the same thing and I stopped going there. What you're doing is product misrepresentation and if for whatever reason your getting 4k less miles between oil changes your prices need to reflect that. The staff is always nice and great and I understand they have no say in any of this it comes from their leadership team which I'd highly recommend they look into being honest with their customers and change this awful policy. I'm smart enough to know the difference but you're average customer may not have the same knowledge.

With almost every oil change place I visited prior to this one, I have been overcharged, scammed, and embarrassed. After going here today? I left smiling and without my pockets hurting. The two guys who helped me were so sweet and understanding. My friends recommended this place to me—and although it was a bit of a drive for me, it was so worth it. This is going to be my new car spot for everything. They took excellent care of my car, checked everything, and treated me warmly. 5 stars

I wish I had found this place earlier. Where do I start, the whole process was very simple, never have to get out of the car. Most importantly, they use Mobile1 on their oils which is best out there, their techs including Ken are very detail oriented, check all safety points including all lights/signals are working, check all fluids and filters. Explain everything that they did. Very thorough and great service. The only negative is that the price on their website is different from what they have currently in the shop, but even that, they made it right for me.

Their changed my transmission fluid on toyota camry 2019 after couple day them my car stopped on road still engine running but transmission stop working ,right now i have to spent $3000 for transmission because of this place guys did changed sucks the transmission fluid on my toyota camry 2019....... I am already 5year came to here for my all car service this place never happens before!!!

went to get a car wash at the scrub a dub on howell ave. had been upnorth so decided to also get the bug off.. for additional 3.00. what a waste. the girl hardly sprayed the front of the car down. there was still mud all over the bottom of the doors, plus the wheel wells still were all muddy. for a 20 dollars terribly disappointed😞

Drove past this place on numerous occasions when I worked in the area and never noticed it but happy I did while running errands. I got a very nice car wash that was worth the membership. Highly recommend

Great oil change experience. The techs are friendly & knowledgeable. If you tell them you don't need something (they're told to upsell), they don't push or press you to purchase. They're quick and very helpful. Give them a visit!

Have had the car club membership now for a while and do not regret buying it. The rear of the car is always clean unlike some other automatic car washes in the area.
