This auto place is a very friendly place. The people here are very honest about what needs to be done to your car. They do very nice work. They even treat your car like it's their own car. I like how they do a 360° complimentary inspection on your vehicle that way in due time you can get things fixed. I most definitely recommend this place and will continue to keep coming here.

Rudy was tremendously helpful. I had some major mechanical issues that needed to be resolved and was about to take it to the dealer. Called Scott’s and they were able to take care of all my issues. Quick turnaround as well and I got my car back about a week after I dropped it off. Could not have asked for better service and communication.

We had a wonderful experience with Scott’s Automotive and Service Center. We had inherited a vehicle that needed some maintenance and they made the process so easy for us. We worked with Kassie who was pleasant and attentive. We got our vehicle in right away and the turnaround time was very quick. They emailed us a detailed description and photos of what they suggest needs to be done on the vehicle, which was very impressive. I’ve worked at a high-line dealership and our service department never offered something like that. These guys are doing it right. Give them a shot!

I took my car in for in an oil change and ended up needing a few more things along the way. Kassie was quick to call and update me each time something came up or changed. I'd definitely give her and her workplace more stars if I could. Tha k you Kassie and scotts auto on 7th!!

I took my vehicle into Scott’s (for the first time) for an oil change. I was immediately impressed by their excellent communication and how accommodating they were, both in person and by phone. Kassandra was my point of contact through the process, she answered all my questions and was genuinely welcoming and helpful the whole way through. They got the job done in the time I expected, the vehicle inspection was very thorough and detailed. I felt like I was in very capable hands. I will definitely return to them.

This is the knowledgeable, friendly, and honest mechanic you’ve been looking for. My problem turned out to be a software issue that the dealer needed to solve. Byron arranged to have my car driven to the dealership, and negotiated a price for me at half of what I was quoted the day before. Any other shop would’ve said: We can’t fix it, pick it up and take it to the dealer, and that would’ve been totally fair. Byron and his team took it the extra mile, getting it there and back, and making sure I paid a fair price. I will never go anywhere else.

Discovered Scott’s Auto for my daughter’s car and they were the best! The car needed a bit of work, and the staff reserved a loaner car so that I had easy transportation. Everyone at Scott’s was friendly and professional and the work performed was excellent. A great auto shop I highly recommend!!

Customer Service is the lowest priority here. Everyone is mean and nasty when you ask questions and they only provide confusion in their pricing and are combative when wrong. Find another place to go. This place is a joke. "A family of automotive professionals", there is nothing Family about this place.

Easy to book appointment online. The service was great took a little longer thatn expected but they called to let me know the progress. The comprehensive inspection informed me about everything going on with my car. They booked a lyft for me to get to and from my appointment. Great experience.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer service and communication at Scott's. I made an online request to get my front headlight changed (main reason so that I would not get pulled over by the police), and an oil change and tire rotation/alignment while I was at it. I brought my car in to get these services completed to discover a few days later that the front headlight never was changed. I scheduled another appointment, come to find out that I was expected to pay for the bulb replacement, something that I needed to have replaced and main reason for the visit in the first place. Kassandra reviewed my calls and informed me that when she originally called asking if I wanted any of the additional 12 items performed on my car (about 30 minutes before the shop closed), I had said I only wanted the oil change and tire alignment/rotation done. I really just wanted the 3 things I came in for and to get my car back before office closed, and expected that everything that I came in for would be completed. I thought this implied that the headlight would also get fixed because this is a MUST to drive legally, whereas the other two are not. She explained she needs approval from the customer to add any parts into a vehicle...come to find out that the report notes for my 2nd visit said that the bulb had already been replaced...without my approval... I never received a receipt for my initial appointment request, just a text message confirming my appointment. You would think Scott's would cross reference the reasons why I came in with what I had "confirmed" on the phone, when in fact they just want to get more money from you. Maybe I did only say oil and tire rotation/alignment, but the moral of the story is that the main thing I came in for wasn't completed and no one questioned it when I didn't mention it (I was driving in rush hour traffic and wasn't thinking about every single detail - just wanted the items on my appointment request completed). No compensation for the miscommunication on the 2nd visit, so taking my business elsewhere.

They never addressed the issue i brought my car in for. When I pointed out that the issue still existed, I was threatened with how much more it could cost. Then they told me they couldn't do the whole diagnostic. And my trunk still won't close.
