Been going here for 9 years, but no longer. They do good work and are honest;Reason being is my spouse and I dont want to deal with Tina anymore after the last visit. She treats people like dirt. Scott and Doug are kind and respectful and do good work.

I must say they helped me a lot. When I brought my car to this place, they found some severe issues that another factory couldn’t have found a few weeks before. If they hadn’t detected the problems, my family and I would be in danger and might lose our lives. Their repair was so prompt, and all the staffs were so kind and sincere. After they fixed the issues, I could go on a two-week road trip and come back to St Louis without any troubles. I recommend here by all means.

I had a wonderful experience here. Despite the full parking lot and wait list for service, they helped me when my tire was damaged on hwy 55 by a large piece of metal near their shop. They repaired my tire and I was on my way. Tina and the mechanic were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here. Went in for emissions and inspection, they informed me that my rear sub frame was rusted out. That was quite a shock, yet they went out of their way to check on a recall or warranty and there was one! Got it all taken care of for free! I will be bringing my vehicle to them from here on out.

I pulled off the Interstate with a rapidly deflating tire. It was late in the workday. They got me in, fixed my tire, and had me on my way quickly. Great service at a great price.

I took 2021 Trailblazer Scott's to diagnose my check engine light. (The dealerships said it would take days. Seriously, I am not lying!) Scott's had diagnosed the emissions issue in about 2 hours. The only problem? The part was on backorder. The crew called me back a week later, having found the part. They even completed the repair before the 4th. The price was right. The service was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. They have made me rethink the need to take my car to the dealership. I know that Scott's will be my first choice for repairs and service from now on.

Ive been going to Master Auto Repair for years. Scott, Marty and their mechanics are outstanding. Their prices don't break the bank and they are the only mechanic I have ever been to that recommend against specific services unless you truly need them, to keep you from spending unnecessary money. So why the 4 stars? Unfortunately, one of the younger front desk women had a bit of an attitude when I dealt with her this morning. Part of the situation was my fault because I did misunderstand what she was trying to tell me, but having been on her side of the counter in other situations, one of the worst things you can do in customer service is get defensive and snippy. When there is a misunderstanding, you don't give attitude, you calmly explain what you meant, and leave it at that. Yes, i made the mistake of saying "theyve never had a problem doing this in the past", but i wasnt rude and i didnt swear or raise my voice or anything. I miss the front desk staff they had a year ago, the last time I was there. They were much friendlier than this young woman. If Master Auto gives her some coaching on proper customer service, I will happily update this rating to a 5, as the loss of 1 star is solely due to this individual. Update: I dont think this woman is working for them anymore, or if she is, I haven't noticed as they have a much more pleasant demeanor when I talk to them now. They've been really patient with me when I call asking for updates on my car, and of course scott and his team provide the same level of outstanding mechanical service. For this reason, I'm updating my rating to 5 stars.

Driving thru St Louis and had our exhaust drop at the same exit as Scott's... called and ask if they could take a look... 45 minutes later we were back on the road and they Did Not charge us... WOW real and kind people still exist in this crazy world!! The only complaint I have is this act of kindness made Wife cry... If we lived close this would be our only car repair shop!! They do great work. Had to make multiple trips for minor issues after receiving service. Didn't understand why it would take an entire day to correct something they did. I'd recommend them if you have the time and patience...
