Bait and switch shop, told me I would be getting a good Michelin tires with %85 thread, dropped off the car and they put some cheap tires with 40% thread left, told me that what he told me over the phone. Not happy with the sale, will avoid this place.

Found them on offer up, not bad for the times I’ve been. The prices are good and the tires have worked for me. Last time around they made sure I would leave happy. Thank you Ivan keep practicing good customer service!

Definitely have to check what you bought, I recommend doing your research knowing exactly what you're spending your money on. So you don't have to head back and forth fixing a issue multiple times

I had a flat tire and went to Scorpion tires. They let me borrow a spare one to go to work and had the new tire ready in a couple of hours!

My brother took my car here for new/used wheels. They were fine, until a week later one of them caught a leak and I took it back to be replaced. He said it couldn't be patched and had to be replaced and then charged me $100 for the new tire just for it to pop five days later. I get they're used but they can't even last a week at a time??

Scorpion Tires is an absolute nightmare! I purchased tires from them on OfferUp, promised 75% tread life. Two weeks later, BMW tells me one tire urgently needs replacement, and another is on the brink. When I confronted Edgar, he not only dismissed the issue but claimed their standards surpass the dealership's, insinuating that BMW labeled my tires poorly just to sell me more. Edgar insists they measure tires at a lower standard than BMW, but let's face it – these tires are far from good. They are nothing short of scammers! This is outrageous! They peddle subpar tires, dismiss valid concerns, and deliver atrocious customer service. Stay far away from this deceitful establishment

Went there years ago and bought 4 semi used tires for under $250. Even though they don't have receipts, they were willing to fix my slow leak for only $15 but since my tread is really worn down, he told me about the deal they have for 4 tires for only $280!!! Definitely recommend to others.

Great service fast. Had nail in my tire bought my own replacement(I already know my tire size is rarely in stock) they swap tire out and patch the hole so I can keep as my spare

I highly recommend this tire shop. If you’re looking for used tires, they have a large selection at a reasonable price. If you’re looking for new tires, they also have those and they are not in stock they will have them in a reasonable amount of time.

Horrible customer service and quality of service. These guys don’t know what they’re doing. They’re more worried about make a dollar than quality. I’ve replaced 3 lug nuts today!!

I had stripped a lug nut but they helped me get it out. But i really wish they were more careful hammering a socket into my rim. They banged and scratched my aftermarket wheels, they couldve put a towel or something to protect it. They also gave me the wrong tire size after i confirmed twice with them the size i needed. They had already put it on, at which point i was like screw it and took it. The older caucasian male seemed inexperienced. People were nice but need to be more careful with handling and tire sizes

They were very attentive to my particular tire repair and replacement. They were able to get me out of there under twenty minutes. My tire replacement was $50 for a new/ used tire and $15 for a screw removal andvtire patch.
