This is Mary Ann Moon. The reason for stating my legal name is so that Scheer will know exactly who is writing this review. My husbands employer uses this shop for work on their vehicles and that is how they were chosen to work on my car but thankfully the things that happened led up to me telling them not to touch the car. The car was drooped off to be diagnosed for an estimate for repairs as I had hit a crater in the road with the right front so vibration ensued within about a week and a half afterword. The car sat there for right at 2 weeks before I started asking my husband if he had received any call from them and he had not. My husband called the shop and asked if they had looked at the car and they told him they were working on the estimate. The next day he had still not received the estimate so he called again and they told him they were working on the estimate and said the issue with the car was 2 bad tires, 1 bent wheel and a bad strut. After hearing this I decided to call the shop myself because my husband could not tell me what 2 tires they were referring too and I wanted to know which ones. I called the shop and stated my name and asked them about the car and what was wrong with it. I was told by the person on the phone it needs a couple of tires and I asked which tires. The man on the phone said "two of them" which I felt was rude and uncalled for. I responded which ones, right left front back which ones. He finally said the front and he said he wasn't the tech working on it that he would get the tech that looked at it. So another man came to the phone and he told me that it has a couple of bent wheels, a bad wheel bearing and it needed two new front struts and 2 new tires. I told him that now he is lying because the front left strut was just replaced and it is new. He responded with "Uh Uh Uh." I was not happy with them at this point so I told him to park my car and do not touch it anymore and my husband would come get it. He said ok and hung up. My husband contacted Scheer the following day to let them know he would be picking up the car that afternoon. My husband told me that the shop tech told him on the phone that he would show him the issues when he picked the car up. When my husband did pick up the car the only issues with the car that were reported to him were 2 separated tires, a bent wheel maybe 2 they weren't sure if it was in fact 1 or 2 wheels. There was no mention of struts or wheel bearings. He also apologized to my husband and said "I was joking on the phone with your wife." I do not know how many people that Scheer has pulled the wool over their heads and made a lot out of a little in order to, what I can view as "make more profit" but if there was a red flag this was it along with the fact that I was given conflicting information all coming from Scheer. It is also very easy for me to feel as if this happened because I am a female. Not all females are clueless about cars and some of us will not take crap like this lying down. This place is not trustworthy and should be professional and honest with all people who come to them for their services. SCHEER...YOU GET MORE FLIES WITH HONEY THAN VINEGAR.. BYE FELECIA

Very willing to work with you and turn around times are quick and efficient. Had a complication issue with lots of behind the scenes things going on and they cut through the BS and got my truck back to me. Great shop to work with and will be back.

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop! They are fair, fast and honest. My car was quoted almost double than Scheer charged and they fixed a belt. It means the world to be able to rely on the word and work of an automotive mechanic as a single woman. Highly recommend

Rick and all the other technicians are outstanding at their jobs and very professional as far as customer service goes. They diagnose and treat properly without gouging or claiming good parts need to be replaced just to like labor costs. Very honest fellas

I'm a mechanic, but not on cars. When I don't have the time or know how, I bring it here. Because I'm busy, I like to drop off the car after hours, deal with them on the phone, and then pick up after hours. Very convenient, they're honest and the work has always been good.

Had my car towed there same day due to trouble starting. Replaced battery in a few hours, paid for parts and service, no other "fees". When I arrived my car had trouble staying on when i cane to pick it up, they looked at it emmediatly and has the problem fixed in 35 minutes, no extra charge. Friendly and respectful
