Do not have any service done there. Greg is the most incompetent mechanic I have ever encountered. He doesn't complete repair the in the timely manner that he said he will do. He has cost me more money on parts. I paid for a set of Heads as recommended. Then puts them in and he realized that he didn't check the piston block discovering a scratch in the block. Then he recommended a replacement engine that I had to go and pay for The engine came two days knowing I was going on vacation. He then committed to having the repair completed Saturday and did not honor his word forcing me to get a last minute rental so I can go on my vacation. I called to find out what happened while I was on vacation and he insults me on the the phone. I picked up my truck today 2 weeks later and discovered my truck parked on the the side with no security and my expensive rim thrown in there. My gas tank was empty. My window was left partially open so all the rain we had got in the truck. I go to get my rims put on. Fender well cover missing and to make matters worse the lower radiator hose blows off while the tire shop was test driving. Now I have a check engine light saying cylinder 6 deactivated and high idle because he clearly didn't relearn the throttle body. Also my brand new exhaust was just fine when I took my truck to him now its all messed up and I have to wait to get it fixed.I met one other person that has a problem with him who has trying to get there car for three weeks. Worst mechanic ever. !DO NOT GO TO HIM!

Worker was rude and actually violent towards an Autozone driver the poor lady couldn’t calm down she was crying and distraught had to go home right away I’ll never give my business to these violent POSs ever again POLICE WERE CALLED

Charlie has taken great care of our son and his car since he has been living in Winter Haven. I would normally take care his car until he moved 15 hours away. Charlie has worked with us over the phone and explained what needs to be repaired with a reasonable quote. We stopped by while visiting our son to meet Charlie in person, he is a professional in the automotive field. I have been in the field for 38+ years and have worked with many techs and owners, and I recommend S&C as reputable business.

I tell you poor customer service and attitude...he would ask a question and dismiss your answer.. very mean man and had car towed there I felt he thought he had power because he was just so mean and we were polite... Fast food service to car no complaint there but owner had bitter attitude... I see why he has regular and no new customers would want to deal with that...I give 1 star for bad service

Please don't take your vehicle to this shop. I brought my truck to them after spark plugs, cams & lifters, my truck still is broke. Charlie is clown and the shop is circus.

We recently took our car to a dealership to have a recall item replaced and was surprised to hear a compliment from the service manager. He stated when cars with over 220,000 miles (like mine) come in, they usually need massive repairs but his mechanics couldn't find anything wrong with our car. I told him we only take it to S&C Quality Car Care because the owner is honest, and guarantees his work. I live an hour from S&C but it's worth the drive because they are trustworthy and I know we can ALWAYS count on them to do a perfect job on maintenance, repairs, tires, wheel balance and more. Thank you S&C for keeping our cars going!
