Had a wobble to our Truck while passing through on our way back home to Canada. Stopped into Satto to see if they could help us get back on the road on a Saturday Afternoon. They were more then helpful. Seen right away that our Tire had a bulge in the tread. Got us set up with another tire and back on the road in no time. Thanks so much to the staff at Satto Tire...

On December 20 I took my car for a alignment. I had to get 2 used tires cause the one on the car was the wrong size and I had to get tie rods on both sides. I spent almost $500 that day when my battery died as as I was leaving. They gave me a boost and I went and got a brand new battery. Came back and asked if they would install it for me, the young guy at front desk said he wouldn't charge me. Come to find out they kept my new battery and installed a used one. My battery died the following month.I couldn't get a refund for the new battery cause they never installed it in the first place. Had to come out of pocket and buy another brand new battery which I had installed by a professional. BEWARE!

On Jan 9 Satto sold me a used tire. It was flat by the time I got home (worse than the tire I replaced!). I got a new tire at Pep Boys on south blvd the next day and returned the bad tire to Satto which had a screw in it! They did not want to refund my money for the bad tire and I had to argue to get my money back. They sell really bad used tires. Do not trust them. They also spoke Spanish behind my back. Too bad for them that I speak Spanish and understood what they were saying. Don’t go here unless you want a headache.

This is quite literally the best used tire place in Charlotte. Especially as a female where most other places I’ve tried they quote me ridiculous prices. Here you can just drive up, they’re fast and friendly and the price is great.

Decided to check this place out after Firestone said they wouldn’t be able to fix my flat tire same day. I was in and out with a patched tire in less than 5 minutes. Top tier service.

I can’t express enough how appreciative I am of these guys. I was super weary of getting a used tire but it’s been 4 months since and it’s still perfect given this is a car I got less than a year ago. I just got a nail in my tire half an hour ago and I pulled up, they patched it within 10 minutes and I’m good to go! I definitely trust these guys— make sure to ask for Patrick!

I have stopped at Satto several times, once plugging my tire, and other times checking my tire pressure which they did for free. The employees are friendly. Today, they replaced all my tires, worked to find me a very reasonable price, and kept me updated on the progress as I waited. I highly recommended!

Sold me a tire that was no good then tried to charge me to get it fix. Don’t go nowhere but home and work in the car but keep losing air, so decided to bring it back since I had the time. I don’t recommend this tire shop!!
