Llevé mi vehículo para un chequeo de frenos debido a que la luz ABS estaba encendida y los frenos estaban algo largos. Me cotizaron el cambio de las pastillas delanteras, las llantas y la nivelación del fluido de frenos. Acepté todo excepto las llantas. Sin embargo, al recoger el vehículo, me cobraron $220 únicamente por el cambio de las pastillas delanteras, y el problema de la luz ABS persiste. Alegaron que es un problema electrónico, pero claramente no hicieron un diagnóstico completo ni solucionaron el problema principal por el que acudí. Parece que su único interés es cobrar, sin importar la calidad ni el resultado del servicio. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie. 👎🏽 “I took my vehicle for a brake check because the ABS light was on and the brakes felt unresponsive. They quoted me for replacing the front brake pads, the tires, and leveling the brake fluid. I agreed to everything except the tires. However, when I picked up the vehicle, they charged me $220 just for replacing the front brake pads, and the ABS light issue remains unresolved. They claimed it was an electronic problem, but it’s clear they didn’t perform a complete diagnosis or fix the main issue I came for. Their focus seems to be solely on charging customers without delivering quality service. I do not recommend this place to anyone. 👎🏽

I only went there to ask a question and the guy was very understanding and very respectful. He answered my question and even directed me to another location because they couldn't do what I need. Great place.

True con artist my son took his car for an alignment. Alejandro told him he needs 4 used tires for an alignment and they would do the tires and alignment for $300 so my son agreed but two of his tires he had on the car were almost new. when he went to pay for the alignment and tires Alejandro told him they couldn’t do the alignment because he needed something else done but would not give him any of his money back even though they didn’t perform the work. When I called for clarification Alejandro tried to tell me the $100 was for diagnostic fee. He paid for tires he didn’t need and for an alignment he didn’t receive. That’s not a way to operate, especially if you didn’t tell him that upfront. He videotaped the conversation before and after so he has a leg to stand on.

Did bad business.. Came to get my Tire pressure sensor changed. But they didn’t reset it. They told me to drive an the sensor will reset on it own. And come back tomorrow to reset it, if the sensor light is on. Came back the next day just for him to tell me he doesn’t have the computer to reset it. Why lie an take my money if you’re not gonna do the whole job.

I needed a tire this morning, was going to get one from here, google said they were open at 9am on Sunday, bit the gate was closed, but there was a red truck parked inside the gate... please don't promote opening a 9am and at 9:45am the gate closed and customers cannot come in. I was going to buy 2 new tires, but I'll go somewhere else...

ZERO STAR REVIEW - brought my car in a few weeks ago to get patched. They advised I needed a plug which I already knew. They did the repairs and I was on my way. A day later my tire sensor lit up and so I took it to another place closer by and the screw was so visible easy to find. They clearly did not do the work and took my money instead. I would not go to this place for any plug/patches or anything for your car.

Found a screw in my tire, took it to Satto , 30 minutes out the door with a patch in the tire all for $30. Great job guys, thanks a lot.

Lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE, Combative representatives, who are non knowledgeable! Purchased used yesterday, tire blew out less than 8 hours later, they bent the rim on top that! They do not have any policies set up! Oh instead of exchange, they want full price purchase of a new tire! Just go to a FOR REAL tire shop, DON’T waste your time and good EARNED money at this location…..

I came to this place and had two tires put on and I wanted to keep one of my tires however the tire I wanted to keep they cut the side on the tire so I can't use it so I went back up there with the tire to speak with a manager and the guy started yelling at me like it was my fault saying the machine ripped the tire I dealt with a guy name Alejandro but the other guy working with him was super rude will never come back to this place again and I advise any black person to not come to this shop its been 3 black people to come here complaining since I've been here today.And my tires I took up there was not old or dry rotted like the guy is saying Black people do no go here the boss is rude came out yelling I asked his name he said why they intentionally cut my tire they was not old the boss was not even there when I spent my money DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR BLACK....And the tire they replaced is old as hell I dont feel safe putting it n my car so it will be going in the trash long story short DONT WAIST YOUR TIME....

I love these guys! I came in with a punctured tire. They immediately assessed the situation, pulled the tire, fixed it, and pointed out another area on the sidewall that could become problem. They re-checked tire pressure for all four tires and charged me just $10. All this within 15 minutes. Thank you!
