Good tire, but they broke my TPMS in the process and would not take accountability for it. They brought me to the back like they were “looking out for me” when in reality they tried to convince me that I had already broken the TPMS and just didn’t notice the light on my dash like I’m a 4 year old. Go at your own risk. Attention to detail isn’t their forte.

I had a very disappointing experience at this auto repair shop. I paid $100 for a wheel alignment, but during the service, they pointed out a loose nut on my car that was unsafe to drive with. Instead of fixing it as part of the service, they told me it would cost an additional $100 just to tighten it. I refused to pay extra, and they let me leave with the nut still loose, fully aware of the danger. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, they told me to “drive carefully and good luck,” knowing the risk they left me with. This level of disregard for customer safety is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I just had the best experience at Satto’s. I got a flat tire on the way to work and called them up about getting a replacement. Once I got to Satto’s I handed them the keys and not 10 minutes later I was out the door. They did not try to upsell me or anything, just did exactly what I asked for. I will be going back and I will tell anyone that asks to go to them for tires. Thank you so so much!

Was taking my family to the airport when my tire blew on the interstate, I’m from Columbia so I didn’t know where to have my car towed, brought it here cause it was the closest. Everyone was very nice and helpful and didn’t rake me over the coals, got 3 used tires for 180, which I didn’t think was bad at all

I went there to have tires mounted and balanced. They told me a price of $45 per tire, then when they finished they charged me $60 more for new valve steams and didn't balance my tires. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there for any service they are ripping people off
