mala atencion. dejan a las personas solas esperando cuadrando el precio. me habian dicho que por solamente cambiar una llanta 15$ y luego sale otro que $30 por cambiar una llanta. le dije no amigo para que dicen un precio y luego otro. fui a otra llanteria cercana y me cobraron $20 por cambiar una llanta. no pero gracias a esta llanteria. mala super mala atencion. y le estaban haciendo un cambio de aceite a una troca y ahi no se hace eso. super mal trato.

I went there to have patch work done on a tire which I should’ve got a plug because they put too Too much air in a tire and a tire expanded over the rim leaking out went back to have it fixed and they refuse to fix it but offered to sell me another tire so I was out of $30 for a patch plus I tipped $10.

I would usually go to Firestone since it’s the closest to my house. Well I reached out to Firestone about fixing a tire that I had taken off my vehicle, a patch or plug. Firestone proceeds to tell me they were booked up for weeks. So I came to Satto without an appointment, they had the tire back in the shop, repaired and fixed under 30mins. I’ll definitely be coming back to the guys here!!
