I'm not one to write reviews but Santa Fe body shop was an amazing experience. From the service that Javi provided to the great job they did on my lexus. Also the time frame was incredibly fast. Don't hesitate and feel confident that your vehicle would be new again once the job is completed by Santa Fe Body Shop.

First off they are excellent in communication. They gave me weekly updates about how my car repair was going. And they are super flexible with payment options. I was in a car accident and my and the person at fault insurance companies were garbage. So I quite literally had to pay off my car on my own. Javier understood my situation and gave me an estimate which was much lower from a different car repo shop. He allowed me to do payment on my own time so I am incredible grateful for that. My car came out stunning and just as if I just bought it. They do incredible work at a very good work time. He said it would take 10-15 working days to fix and he was right. I’m so happy I cried tears of joy! If you want a car body shop to genuinely care about you and give you excellent service. Then look no further cause they went above and beyond and I’m forever grateful for them for their kindness and patience during this hard time for me. This is the best body shop I’ve ever been at! Just want everyone to know about are experience with Javier, the owner of Santa Fe Body Shop of Miami. He was highly recommended to me by Rolando the owner of Dent Superior also of Miami whom I also did business with for some really bad dents. Can't say enough good things about both of them. Fair prices and most importantly outstanding quality work. My BMW X3 didn’t look this good when I bought it from the dealership. Really! This is truly a family business where they go above and beyond to meet their client's needs. Found this shop via Google. I met Javier and he made sure I had a ride back home. Santa Fe restored my extremely RUSTED car roof - looks brand new! I took my car to them in hopes that they could do something, anything, about the extremely rusted roof of my car. They were honest and told me it wouldn’t be easy but that they would do their best. They not only did something about the rust, they completely restored my roof and beautifully detailed my car!! The paint job looks like it did the day I bought it. I only wish I had thought to take before pictures to be able to post here, because wow what a huge difference (and the after pics here don’t do it justice)! Javier is amazing and so is the rest of the staff - very attentive and professional. Turnaround time was fast, but not too fast where you question the care they are putting into it. I’ve lived in Miami all of my life and it is so hard to find quality service like this. I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car from now on, and I highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much Santa Fe team!

Santa Fe Body Shop es un excelente colectivo de trabajo, tienen los estándares de calidad y servicio más altos que he visto. Tanto el auto de mi esposa como el mío fueron reparados por ellos, y con toda la sinceridad del mundo puedo decir que quedaron mejor que el día que los saqué del Dealer. La atención a los detalles durante todo el proceso de reparación es increíble y en todo momento existe un excelente trato y comunicación con el cliente. Tengo que agradecer personalmente a Javier quien es una excelente persona y siempre está velando por la satisfacción absoluta de los clientes.
