For my first repair, Sanfelippo Auto Repair fixed a botched oil change and the repair was much cheaper than I had anticipated! Then, a couple weeks later my vehicle failed emissions testing and initially, I received a quote from the car dealer that sold me my car and thankfully, I took my car back to Sanfelippo; as they did the same repair for almost $1,000 lesser than the original quote I had received. Then, they went the extra mile, by actually taking my car to pass the emissions test! Sanfelippo Auto Repair is the best! And BTW, I never leave reviews!

Great service. Even better communication and convenience. Fellow Millenials, you can book the appointment online. Drop off your car and they'll text you with a link to the work to approve or do at a later date. Then text once the car was ready. You will need to talk to them when you pick up the car, but no calls if you prefer. Its a millennials dream.

I do not normally leave reviews but am frustrated. I brought my car in because it wouldn’t start.. they charged me $80 for diagnostics and told me it was my battery but it was not my battery it was my starter… Then quoted me really high for a starter so I had to talk them down.. I had some issues going on with my suspension which they also quoted me on and told them to order parts for my arm control and haven’t heard back from them since. The worst part of all is when I left there was a horrible grinding sound that wasn’t there before. Sam the desk guy is super nice and great at customer service but I will not be returning.

Very quick turn around. Honest, after the work was done the final amount was less than initially quoted. The rust on my vehicle didn’t give them as much trouble as anticipated and they adjusted labor price accordingly. Will be back.

One of the best experiences from a car mechanic. Had a check engine light come on and Sanfelippo got us in quickly and was able to get everything diagnosed and fixed same day. Communication was fantastic and really like how they have estimates and opportunity to pay both online. Very reasonable pricing and top notch customer service. Will definitely be returning for maintenance and future needs.

San Fellipo was prompt at looking at my car problem, courteous in keeping me updated on the repair process, and helpful in helping me assess the repair cost. I thought I had a najor transmission problem, and it turned out I was just low on transmission fluid. I'm back on the road again, with a smile, thanks much San Fellippo :-)

Just moved down here, and was nervous about finding a honest mechanic. This place had great reviews so I decided to try it. Awesome, very honest and helpful people. Definitely had the opportunity to manipulate me and have me spending on repairs I thought I needed .. assured me my vehicle didn’t need extra repairs , and were very helpful and transparent. This will be my new go to mechanic ! Thank you Guys!

Went here for an alignment, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The staff were professional and friendly. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in their work. Went it to get lights fixed, but there was a missing part that they said they needed to find. Never heard back about the missing part so I just bought the materials I needed (a lamp retainer which likely could have easily been made). To there credit when I asked work to be not done, they were willing to remove the work they already did without fussing. Overall, not good or bad but communication and organization was lacking.

Great shop! They worked on my wife's car and did an amazing job! I brought mine in and they fixed everything in just one day! The car runs great now and they assured me to bring it back if anything wasn't right. I'm really happy with their work!

Oil was leaking into my coolant, which was prediagnosed and then confirmed by Sanfelippo. They stated they would send pictures and give me updates by phone or text. I didn't receive any updates, except when I called and they returned messages. The staff was friendly and they explained charges and labor. The prices were upfront and equivalent to the other estimates I received. They did fix the issue, but another issue resulted from them changing my head gasket, which wasn't originally present when I brought the in car. They did provide ideas on how to solve the problem. Ultimately, I had to contact another shop to isolate the issue.

We have been taking all 5 of our vehicles here for many years now after having bad experiences at other places. They are quick to get us in. Very timely with estimates and phone calls to explain what is needed. The pricing is extremely fair and they don't try to talk you into repairs that you don’t need. We appreciate their honesty. Friendly staff , very knowledgeable, and repairs get done on time. Hands down best place to take your vehicle for repairs.

Scheduling, communication, and the actual service was amazing. Did not tell me whole quote for power steering module $~750, oil change and battery replacement. Showed up to a $1,220 bill! Customer service was not worth a $500 surprise.
