I have a BMW X5 and cracked my back rim as a Uber driver so I needed my ride fixed fast and professionally. I got both from Sandy's Tire and Rim in my neighborhood! Well done folks and let me also say,the price was just right!

First let me start off by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not from GA I was only passing through when my tire blew out! The first tire shop I went to was packed because it was only one man working and someone there told me about this place! Little did i know I should have stayed there and waited!!!! The men at this shop was rude af and they sold me a bad tire! Idk if they only do women this way because I didn’t know much about a tire except to check the thread and look for nails! Don’t waste y’all money with these folks cus they got me once but they definitely won’t get me again!!!!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!!

This place was terrible went there today 4th of July to get a tire replaced on a charger they couldn't remove the lug nut and end up damaging the rim and did nothing to make it right. I've been here several times so I thought the car will be safe this time unfortunately they're incompetence has caused more damage than necessary. When I asked the manager on duty politely what he was going to do to fix the situation he thought because I'm a woman he could talk to me any kind of way. Not in America maybe in their country but not here

I called early Sunday morning, rim issue, I thought on my 540i The young lady that answer was really nice, I was questioning why she couldn't give me a price over the phone for the repair, she explained it's only because every situation is different, let her just take took and she'll go from there. Douglasville has no tires shops open on Sunday so I took the 25 min. drive. I arrived she came right out instructed everyone what to do...thank goodness it wasn't my rim (550.00) it was just a small hole in the tire that she took care of @ $ 40.00 on a run flat. Blessing to her great customer service and honesty!

I haven't purchased any tires from them, but the gentleman that is always there assists me by putting air in my tire, no questions asked.

I hit some random object on train tracks and noticed a small slit in the driver's side tire. I decided that instead of endangering myself and others that I'd go to Sandy's and get an assessment and possible replacement tire. The tire mechanic was going to charge for a spare tire, but once he saw and assessed the tire, he said it was safe to be on the road. He determined that there was no air going through and that it should still last for a while because other tires survived much worse. He could've easily played with the price and said I needed to pay for a used tire but ethically told me that it was okay to still use the tire. Because of his honesty, I had to give this 5 star review!

I pass this place every day and decided to give them a try as I needed to have a tire mounted on a rim and some other work. At first I was VERY impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything was done. I thought this was about to be my new go-to car service spot. That was until I got home and realized they put the wrong tire on the wrong rim. No problem. I figured I would just go back and let them swap it out. But they actually charged me AGAIN to fix their mistake. I prefer doing business with people I can trust so it looks like it's back to merely passing them by everyday.

I waited from 7:58am to 8:23am for someone to show up. If your signs say you open at 8, then you should be there at 8. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else where I was taken in and my tired was plugged and I was back on the road in less time than I waited at this place. I’m disappointed and annoyed that I had to put my 14psi tire back on the road to another place to get fixed. One other person showed up while I was waiting and another pulled up after I left. Not a good first impression. Won’t be back.

Rude upon arrival.. No type of enthusiasm to help…. Had a staring contest with them for about 5 min..another car came and they helped him.. Very prejudice towards women.. I don’t recommend this shop at all! Unprofessional at its finest

I have a few cracks in my rims and I used to take it to Chamblee, in which she took the whole day and charge way more than Sandy who got it done way quicker and charged less. They will need my tire great and I will be going back, because unfortunately I hate about eight more potholes in Atlanta. It is ridiculous here. But I am actually on my way to Sandys right now

They asked $130 to fix a rim, it is outrageous, that takes 1 hour to fix they said
