After moving to Jax from Central Florida, we were looking for a good maintenance shop. We had left a fantastic service down south. Jeff and crew did an excellent and timely job servicing our 2018 Hyundai Elantra. The price very fair and they do services with AAA discounts. We will be back neighbor Jeff.

The staff and the service technician that worked on my car did a great job and in a timely fashion as well. Even brought it back the next day because my engine light was still on and they found a completely different problem and got the part within an hour and took care of that problem. All three of my cars if they're work done from this place. I highly recommend any service or repair work, gets taken care of by this place.

Jeff and his staff were excellent. Diagnosed an issue and fixed it immediately. They held the vehicle overnight to ensure the issue was resolved. No upselling and trustworthy. I feel comfortable sending my wife and teenagers with their vehicles knowing they will get top knotch service and not be taken advantage of. That's the most important asset a vehicle car care shop can have along with dependability, reliability, and affordability; Sandalwood Auto Care has all of these assets!

These guys gave me wonderful service...long drive to Florida thought I killed my car..But they fixed it nd I got back safe nd sound. I found them online they were not too far and had good reviews...which they definitely deserve! Thank U Sandalwood for everything u did for me....they also surprised me when they gave me a military discount when my son 'in uniform' brought me to pick up my car.

Had a bad experience at a dealership, went to Stanwood automotive for a second opinion. The people there were very courteous and respectful, had a quick estimate of the repair cost, and the job was done quickly. Had a little problem after the repairs they resolve the problem quickly and at no cost to me. Highly recommend them for engine repairs.

I have a 25 yr old Oldsmobile and a few things needed fixing. Despite problems with the drivers window for many years . I don’t know what they did to this but it was magic. Apparently they couldn’t get a new regulator, but they did something so it is almost functioning like new. I needed a new pump for the windshield washer pump which they replaced at a very reasonable price. I was referred to them from another shop. I am extremely happy and satisfied. The timing was importing me and they accommodated me. They were extremely helpful and professional. Hope I won’t need to go back in the near future but I really am confideyin them. Bill and Jeff were great and a pleasure to deal with.

Jeff and the crew here have done a fantastic job on my car and every one that I have sent to them. Service has always been quick and on time. I've done 2 transmission swap outs and timing belt service with all the trimmings on a 300ZX and have spent less than 4 grand for everything over the years. My car only goes to them for oil changes and has never had any problems from any work I have received in the pass. Now this is not a big ship and they do a good amount of work. Parking is premium so make sure you make an appointment by calling or online or you might not have space to even park. Just be warned. I'm sure they can accommodate emergency dropoffs but they can get busy. Odd thing about this shop is that every time I'm there, customers come in and sit and talk about more than their vehicle. They seem to really get to know their customers by name and gives off a vibe of everyone is part of the family there. Y'all have to see it for yourself.
