Just called about a consultation on my roof. The guy on the phone was rude. I am considering not bringing my car in now. Reply: I never asked or implied I wanted a walk in; the guy on the phone was just plain rude. I will be going somewhere else. I'm not even complaining about your policies or bad customer service. I'm letting any potential customers that whoever talked to me on the phone doesn't know how to converse like a decent human being.

I lightly dinged my driver’s side door on my garage door frame and it started making a clicking noise due to the friction of the door being misaligned. I called a few shops within a mile from my house and left messages and didn’t get a call back. Luckily, the owner/manager here answered when so called and had me come right over. He took a quick look and asked one of his guys to realign my door. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, was about 10 minutes total! The clicking sound is completely gone and the door feels realigned. I will be referring folks here moving forward and will definitely use their services!

I stopped by to change bumper and the guy claimed my car needs a lot of work done and asked for $1500 cash. And told me to just talk to him. He want the money on his pocket and untaxed.

This auto body shop is a Godsend. I had the pleasure of working with Kahn who was honest and fair from the beginning. I totaled the front end of my 99 Toyota Camry in SF (speeding) Kahn arranged for tow service from SF to the shop in less than the time it took my insurance company and for a fraction of the price. I couldn’t believe it. And the finished product was unbelievable! A brand new car....without the huge inflated bill. What a relief to find an honest auto shop as a woman. Especially during COVID 19 when even grocery stores are price gouging they did NOT. Kudos to this shop, the owner, and staff. From one happy customer 😊

This dude either helped a lady, or let a lady, lie to me about damage and how much it cost. In the end i payed her nearly 1k. And was supppsed to get 2 hundred back because i was nice and payed the deposite for a rental car for her with the primise shell give it bak wen she returns the car.. ya rite.. thanks guys!
