So glad I get to put something out about this auto body shop. My son had some work done on his BMW recently and had lots of problems with his car when it was returned to him. As a matter of fact, 16 things were wrong with his vehicle. Did he bring some of these issues up to the owner and manager? Yes! Did they do anything about it? H*** no! Would we recommend this shop at all?? H*** no because they did not perform the tasks that we paid them for! What did we get instead? Excuses excuses excuses!!!!!!!!! We paid them over $4,000!!! I would be glad to discuss these issues with them personally but they aren't returning our calls!!! Shame on you!!! You've got our money and our phone number so call us to get our issues resolved. The owner is amazing. He was quick with get the information to the insurance. He was been the go to person on paint and repair at a good price. after the repairs it looked like it was never in a accident. He went above a beyond i would expect and when he said it was a week. It was done in a week

Truly these folks are the best of San Francisco. We rented a Uhaul from them today, and the owner was incredibly nice and great to deal with. It’s a family business. Please support them however you can.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from this Body shop. The staff was friendly and my car was ready fast. I was told the car would be ready Wednesday but it was done by Monday. As a mother I need to remain mobile. The staff kept me informed of the progress with my vehicle. I'm very pleased with the repair.and customer service They even cleaned my car. Thank you so much. I recently brought my car at San Francisco Body and Paint for auto body repairs. I was greeted by the owner Anibal and asked if I need help. Anibal was so quick to assist me, he took a good look at the damages and reassured me that the damages can be fix. He explain to me the quality of paint they use and what was going to be done. He also provided me a ride to my destination I need to Go to. To my surprise my car looked brand new, the dents and scratches were gone and it looked amazing. The staff even took the time to detail my car. They did an amazing job, I will definitely come again Thanks again

I recently was involved in a huge accident, I came to San Francisco body and paint for repairs. Everyone was super nice the owner of the body shop ( Anibal) helped me with my insurance claim. He was able to also help me get a rental car since i need it for work. San Francisco body and paint did such a beautiful job that I was happy to see my car looking brand new. Thank you for your help I will be coming back.

I’ve had two exceptional experiences here! First instance was with my older 2004 Ralliart, I had it taken it to another shop (tow truck driver recommendation) for repairs after a front end accident. The bumper never fit quite right and the color seemed a little off, so I decided to take it into SF body & paint for a 2nd opinion. Turns out, the original shop never actually repaired the damage, they had installed the wrong bumper and had painted the front end of my car a completely different color! SF body & paint kept me updated on the status and shared images of the original damage that was still present on my car. Got my car back looking better than ever! It seriously looked like it had just been pulled out of the showroom. My second amazing experience was when my grandmother’s mirror was damaged by a bicyclist (good ol’ San Francisco). We decided to go straight to SF body & paint for an estimate, which came out way less than her deductible, scheduled an appointment for drop off, took it in, within two days we got that car back. Super quick, super easy, such a great value. I’m definitely going to be taking my cars here, should I need any future body work! *knock on wood*

The people here were VERY HELPFUL and INFORMATIVE. I brought my bumper here to get painted with some additional pieces. They were kind and honest about everything and made my work a priority. With in less that 24 hours they were done and everything looked Great.

The prices are way too high for their work that they do. When asked for alternatives like buying your own parts or doing partial work they still charge the same price.

Took my car to this shop for repairs for the rear bumper - they touched up the front bumper for a very reasonable price as well. Conveniently less then a mile from the rental car company. They Cleaned the interior of the car out and washed it. The staff is very friendly and kept me updated until car repairs were complete. Hopefully no more accidents but I will definitely bring my car back to this shop if I have or need to.

Very professional staff!! After someone hit my car I had no idea what to do! They took over and fixed my car and got it back to me within a few days!! I was very happy with the work! You couldn’t even tell that my car had been hit!! I would definitely come back to them!! Great family owned business!!

Came into get my bumper replaced and painted, after someone cracked my rear bumper. Super fast response from the shop owner Anibal. He was very courteous and knew what he was talking about. Fantastic work! My bumper is as good as new! Will definitely be taking my car back for any and all repair work!

I recently came to San Francisco Body and Paint for auto repairs. I was involved in a car accident, where a huge truck side swipe me on a street. I came to the shop and I was greeted by the owner of the shop (Anibal). Nervous and shaky about the accident, Anibal and Manuel walked me through the process and let me know my car would be fine and My car will look brand new! To my surprise my car was brand new and even went the extra mile to polish, detail it and he even took some of the scratches I had before. Since my car is black you could definitely see them before! Anibal is such a wonderful, honest, very sincere person! Anibal was straightforward and at the same time very genuine in helping with my insurance and making me very comfortable to leave my car at there facility. I highly recommend San Francisco Body and Paint for auto body repairs there the best! I will come back when I never need them for repairs!

I was attended by Anibal and he was very helpful, showing great professionalism, patience and diligence. Great experience and was very satisfied with the work done. SF Body & Paint is so amazing, I just had to leave a review for them! After daily driving my Lexus and running it through gas station car washes often, it all took a toll on my paint job. I heard about this shop through a friend and decided to give them a chance. I'm always very skeptical about body shops as I've heard many horror stories about them, but I can assure you SF Body & Paint is not one of these shops! From the first time I met with Anibal, he seemed like a genuine good guy that cared for his customers. The estimate turnaround time was pretty quick and it was super reasonable! From start to finish, I did not have any complaints. Great communication throughout the process, excellent work, and super nice guys. They turned my dull, black car into what looks like it just came off the lot! Like looking into a mirror now! Thanks Anibal and SF Body & Paint for all that you did!

Took in my car for repair after a hit and run with front end damage. The crew at San Francisco Body & Paint took me in on a Saturday (After Hours Thanks for that) and my car was fixed with in a week!!! Amazing work. Very good attention to detail.

5 stars all the way! I am beyond impressed , pleased and grateful for the service and workmanship of this body shop! The owner and staff are very nice and helpful! Very reasonably priced as well since I had to pay out of my pocket and not go through insurance. I needed the car fixed quick and cheap as possible and they came through and rushed to finish my car in one day! They saved me and performed a christmas miracle! Thank you Manuel and sf body and paint!!! :)
