NEVER NEVER Take your car here. Total scam company. They used glue to secure broken clips instead of replacing. They never replaced my impact bumper along with a lot of other items. I am currently suing them for all the work they did. Court date is set for 4/25 and I don't think they care or will even show up. Another issue is I took my car for repairs at another shop and they are refusing to work on the vehicle. They cannot guarantee any work because of the terrible work done by San Diego Collison Center. I have reached out multiple times to settle out of court and have heard nothing back or when I call they hang up on me. This company should be shut down immediately. NEVER NEVER Take your care here.

Avoid this place at all costs, got a car towed here after an accident and went into the shop after the car arrived to ask about any potential overnight fees and the employee at the desk said no there weren’t any, I go back the following day and they charge a 175$ overnight fee, complete insurance scam! They take advantage of distressed people after an accident, and I’m pretty confident any and all 5 star reviews for this shop are paid for or bots

Do not waste your money and time sending your car here for repair. They are running a scam business where they quote lower repair cost just to get you hooked and then keep your car forever. My car was towed here over a year ago after an accident and it's still there. They took money from insurance and kept on giving excuses why the repair is being delayed. The owner and the employees are very rude and provide false information about the progress of the repair. On top of it they are not a licensed body shop. I reported this business to the Beareau of Automotive repair when i found out that they are not licensed. I can't believe this business has 4.5 stars on google. My best guess is it's fake rating. I am posting this review so that they cannot scam more people. Update 9/24/24: It been 15 months and my car is still not ready. The owner left me a message on this review to call back but the shop never picks up any of my calls. The last few times I got connected to the owner, he was rude and gave me a random date when the car will be ready and disconnected the call without any further explanation. My agent visited the shop today and the employee showed a similar car which was not even mine. Luckily I was able to notice the wrong license plate and when we looked at my car, it was in the same state as it was four weeks ago. This body shop is extremely understaffed and works at a extremely slow pace. The remaining work on my car should only take a week by a licensed body shop but it has been there for a exceptionally long time. Also my agent noticed that the paint job on the car was not done right. I have lost hope that I will ever get my car back and may need to turn to legal help.
