Nothing better than Kim's auto shop. Every time I visit, I experience competent, efficient service that is reasonably priced. They do only what is needed and are always mindful of saving money. Over 11 years, our family and friends have always experienced exceptional service. I highly recommend their auto shop! They always go the extra mile to ensure that you are more than satisfied.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! Drove two hrs plus this morning to get here to buy a car and got stood up! Guy never showed up to agreed time to meet me. Staff inside was rude, other folks showed up to see the same car I was supposed to be buying and was on the phone talking with seller meanwhile I’ve sent 10 msgs with no response. After about an hour of waiting he responds “car isn’t being sold today”! But marks it as pending probably for the other folks that were there looking at it. Now I have another 2hr plus drive home and out of over $150 in fuel and toll cost over 5hrs waisted. Just horrible!

Quick and professional service on my 2015 BMW and prices were very reasonable. I waited while the service was performed. Very efficient. Definitely will become a regular customer.

Amazing! After trying for two weeks to get my safety inspection somewhere else, I luckily found this place. I walked in and they were able to help me right away. They were very nice & fast. I will definitely be returning should I need any repairs or my next inspection. BONUS they are open until 6pm on weekdays!!

Be aware that this shop is very popular so you may need to wait. But it's worth to wait. They do not recommend or encourage to buy unnecessary services. I'll return to this shop again and again. FYI, the shop owner said that they are quite busy on Monday and Friday.

I would not recommend for anyone to go to this place for a state inspection. I’ve taken my car for inspection in Virginia without issues for 3 consecutive years. Then, I take my same car to this shop and the inspector is suddenly telling me I need to go to a tint shop to get the tint in my rear window “cut out” around my brake light. He says “this is a new law that is being enforced.” Yet, when I read through the Virginia motor vehicle safety manual - there is only a vague requirement saying that the brake light cannot be “obstructed” and that law hasn’t been updated since May 2021 (page 85)… so it is not new as he stated. I’ve somehow passed two state inspections with this law in place so I wonder why it’s suddenly now an issue. My center brake light is far from obstructed as you can clearly see the brake light in broad daylight. I have the same tint that came with the car from the dealership when it was bought new in 2015. It is not excessive tint and well within the legal limits. Also - he told me that I could simply get that section of the tint cut out around the brake light but no tint shops around here do that. I would need to get it completely removed and reapplied. I was quoted anywhere between $100-350 to get the tint completely removed. And it would be another $100-350 to get it reapplied with the cutout. I called the state trooper and he said it isn’t quite something he can override because unfortunately there are “grey areas in the inspection manual that are up to the inspectors discretion.” I proceeded to go to another inspection station nearby and they told me that is never something they’d fail someone for so I will be taking my business there for now on. I tried to explain this to the shop owners several times and they were not receptive to me. I would not recommend for anyone to get an inspection here unless you want to waste your hard earned money. I recommend getting an inspection elsewhere, do your research, and never hesitate to get a second opinion - it might save you a few hundred bucks.

This is the most honest, trustworthy and kind auto shop, ever. Price is very fair, but you can be confident that they won’t try to make you spend money on things that you don’t need. I’ve referred many friends to this shop and they all love this place.

Honest mechanic This is the most trusted auto shop I've been to. Family run, top quality parts and most importantly, they tell me what repairs I really need. Multiple times, other shops said my car needed repairs when I didn't when I came here for second opinion. They are not the cheapest but they are very honest with what repairs my cars need. Owner is very friendly. I've been coming here for 3 years now.
