Earlier today, I contacted Sam’s Roadside Services regarding a coolant leak that my driver had reported on his truck. The team arrived promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. I highly recommend this company; the owner demonstrated exceptional honesty and integrity. In my 13 years of trucking, I have seldom encountered such reliable and professional services. The billing was very reasonable, and I will undoubtedly rely on them again for any future roadside assistance needs around Houston.

Not only did they come out ASAP as they said(only 40minutes!!!!!), but their technician was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They didn’t just fix the problem—they went above and beyond to ensure my truck was road-ready and safe for the long haul. Their equipment was top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. The pricing was fair, especially considering the exceptional service and peace of mind they provided. I can’t recommend them enough! If you’re ever in a bind in Houston, trust me—these are the guys want on your side!!!! 5 stars don’t even come close to doing them justice. Mr Sam and his crew from Sam’s Road Side Service were wonderful. They waited after close time for me to bring my truck to them. They started checking it out right away. All I can say is this guy is a definite blessing! He came & helped me when the insurances I pay for roadside wouldn't. His sons & him came. My dog locked me out my car & I was in full panic mode! If you never used his services please do! True kindness, professionalism & love for people!
