The guys who work there are fast, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The used tires are affordable as well: $50 each. Never had a problem with the times I went. Will continue to go to them.

We had been going there for awhile to get plugs for our tires. But come to find out, they’ve been over tightening the bolts and one of the wheel studs snapped off when we went to rotate the tires. I guess you get what you pay for.

Went to get tire fixed, ended up needing 2 front tires. Oscar was the best. He showed me where my tires were worn down which was the reason one of them was not holding air. He took good care of me and made sure I left with 2 great tires. If you need tires, see Oscar or Sam. Overall great experience!

Best tire place in Southside Richmond. Service you as soon as you pull up, and they're speedy, no long wait. Good tires with warranty and works with seniors if you don't have a lot of money. 🙂

They are ok if you need a used tire. The employees, and I'm not saying it's their fault, are not the folks you want to high speed balance your rim/tire etc, again not their fault they are good hard working guys but can only work with what they are given, for a basic used tire for your daily to get you by they can absolutely help you, I've had a few bad experiences with them trying to sell me unevenly worn, dry rotted, patched or plugged etc tires for too much money, at 35 bucks sure, but 55 or 60???!! But as I previously stated the employees are hard working and do their best to get you taken care of quickly and not damage or scratch anything, just check the tire over before buying, they are open after 5 or 6 I believe possibly even until 7:30 on occasion or daily but I can't say for sure. They claimed the tires I bought were new but low and behold an issue a month later…. 🙄 these were suppose to be brand new tires! Lost $200 and still had to get it replaced for a used tire because the new tire had a side wall leak! Ridiculous!

They put two dry rotten tires on my car. And left my car unbalanced, cracks all through the tires. Never again, giving y'all scammers another dollar..... And I did return and the workers put another dry rotten tire which is still losing air... Bad business

I called immediately when I got off of work because my tires were absolutely bald and I had a flat. They had the tire at a very reasonable price. I was able to purchase two new rear tires. The service was fast and friendly. I would recommend anybody in a bind to come here. Thank you for getting me back on my way.

My son & I came in yesterday because we thought he might have needed an alignment. His car was pulling to the left. The mechanic had the car up for 20 minutes, they charged us $60. When we ask how long it would take Ahmed told us 30-45 minutes. I drove the car back home and noticed it was still pulling to the left. I called the shop same day to inform them that we were having the same issue. So Ahmed said for us to bring the car back in the next day. Well today he needs 2 tires $105. It’s not the money I have a problem with because we got it. It’s the fact that oh well now I see it’s the tire after the fact. Did you not look at the tires yesterday? How could he have possibly completed an alignment when the car was only on the lift for 20 minutes? These types of business practices are unsettling and we won’t be returning to this place. My sons safety is my concern as he travels from Va to Fl twice a month.

I called and give them my tire size.and type of tire I wanted. Guy came back and quoted a price of $150. $150 for what make of tire, what model? All terrain, mud, snow??? I want to spend the money with my people, but damn. I budgeted for tires, 4 wheel alignment, oil change, etc.

First time here today. I was nervous being i am a woman and didn’t want to get taken advantage of on tires. Sam was amazing on getting my tires for me. Every place i called either had to order my tires or wanted 700+ plus dollars for tires. The fact Sam ordered my tires without asking for nothing upfront cause i could’ve ended up not coming lets me know he’s a good person. Even if i move out of town i will always come back to Richmond to go to Sam. They also were very fast!
