I don't recommend you to get tires here. They put the wrong tires on my suv I had. To go back to the order some new ones. When they put the new tires on the suv they did not balance the tires I have to go back again SMH 😑

I went with a flat tire and I was told the tire had a bump and they recommended to buy a new one. They ordered the tire and I was going almost every day to check if the tire had arrived. After almost a week driving in the highway with the spare tire I decided to visit another store and I was surprised to know my tire didn’t have any bump and they were able to fix it the same day. I was really disappointed with the lack of honesty. I don’t recommend Sam’s tire center to anyone.

We took a tire in to be patched (15 minute job) on warranty to the Dale Mabry store. They said it would take about 2 hours. I can’t tell who told me that because none of the tire center employees were wearing name tags. Three hours later, the tire is still untouched. I was told they complete all appointments first. So when you’re told there’s a warranty on the tires you purchased, don’t have an emergency because there is no follow through. I asked to speak to a manger and Sherry the front end manager would do absolutely nothing to help. She quoted policy (very poor one in my opinion) and basically said they’ll get to it when they get to it. I am a 31 year member and now doubt the value of the membership, especially in relation to the tire center. Very disappointed. Lisa Sieminski

Terrible customer service. Rude and lazy employees who have no interest in taking care of members and just want to upsell everything instead of just taking care of what needs to be done. They told me a tire with a screw wasn’t repairable. I took it to three different tire shops just to verify, ALL THREE said that was completely incorrect and I wound up getting it repaired at one of them with zero problems.

Waited at the counter for 25 minutes. Service counter called twice. It wasn't until a manager went out and asked them to the counter that they came out and said no service without an appointment. Signage would have avoided a very pissed off customer

Arrived on time for 10am appt, told at 12 after being ignored it would be another hour because the “guy didn’t show up on time this morning.” Wish I didn’t buy tires here. Update: gave them a star back because it was ready within the 3rd hour. I’m not a monster. They do need some work, however.

Even with a written price quote, they added various extra charges at time of installation. If you’re thinking of buying tires at Sam’s - Don’t. Just keep driving to your next option

I called for 30 minutes just to see if I could get my car towed there today. The first phone call was answered and i was immediately placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and kept calling back over and over again with no answer. The worst customer service!!! I literally had 1 question.

They were slightly better 2 years ago. Only 1 or 2 employees doing tires. And you need an appointment because they are completely booked most days. Go somewhere else.

Wanted to get my tire leak fixed, they said it will be 2 hours and made me wait almost 8hours, when they fixed the leak, the guy did not balance the tire and I had to stop him from installing in my car and told him to balance the tire and that ticked him off so he just left and made me wait another 30 minutes. there were 3 of them the supervisor Glenn was good and another young guy was good but this guy (dont know his name) had a terrible attitude.

Worst experience ever! Irresponsible and mismanaged. Went to the tyre & battery center a few days ago to replace a faulty TPMS, they said to come by appointment. Booked appointment. Called them today an hour before appointment time to check if I should come early or on-time. Then went to the tyre and battery center right at the time and I was told they don't have any TPMS available and I need to check back later some other day. Looks like they don't respect customer's time and instead they enjoy wasting it.

takes longer than they say. 30 min start after appt after balancing new tires, truck shook at 40 mph, worse faster speeds. takes min 1 week for scheduling appt not worth the lost time

Tire service was horrible in inform you about update on your car when is done waited in store for2 hour and 30 minutes for a leak repair and the tell it was not repair then they make me wait another 30 minutes more and they tell it just need a patch all that for a patch.

Been waiting for 3 hours for a simple tire change.... i came at open (10am) it’s now almost (1pm) they have no explanation & the only car here. Terrible service. Wish i didn’t just give them $650 for 4 tires

Phone customer service is a joke. Automotive doesn't answer. System hangs up on you. Get placed on hold then forgotten about. Called Automotive 3 times, no answer. Called and spoke with regular customer service who transferred me to Automotive to which the system dropped the call. Called back in for the 5th time in 15 minutes and have been on hold for 25 minutes so far. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible service. First in line. Needed only one tire changed. Guy stopped to work on a vehicle that came in at least 15 min after me. Wound up taking a whole entire hour to change one tire. When I asked why he stopped. he just laughed. He literally needed to only tighten the nuts. Will NEVER go back. Very rude.

I found Costco tire center customer service to be much better than here. Employees at this location don't seem to care. I had placed an online order for new tires. During my first visit, they could not locate 'in-stock' tires in their center. During my second visit, they looked confused throughout. It took them looooong time to complete paperwork as well as tire installation. I had told them that I would be waiting in the store until they finish the job (I had nowhere to go without the car). They forgot to call me after the installation was over. I saw my car standing outside for over 20 minutes while I was "impolitely" told to keep on waiting until someone informs me over the phone. As expected, no one called and I had to insist on getting my car keys back. It was probably not one of the best days for me and within one mile of drive from the there I got a low air pressure warning on my dashboard and one of the tires had about half the air than others.

Went to purchase 4 new trailer tires for a 16ft dual axle trailer. They did not have any in stock and said they would order some. The employee said it would take 3 or 4 days for the tires to come in and they would call once they arrived. After 4 days pasted I called and they said the tires did not come in yet. I went by on day 7 to check and again no tires. 2 weeks after ordering tires I went to the store again. This time I discovered the tires came but I never received a phone call. Employees seem not to care. I checked the tires and saw that the dates on the tires were made in April of 2018. These were a year and a half old tires. Now not everyone knows that the rubber starts breaking down on tires and you get about 4 years of service from them. These tires already had one and half years under their belt. Needless to say I didn’t buy them. Not impressed with sams tire center.

This is for the tire and battery center DO! NOT! PUT! TIRES! HERE! Unless you don't care about getting your wheels scratched took our 2018 Ram to get new tires and when I picked up our truck the shop had already closed and the manager told us to go back the next day and fill out a report anyway we did they did nothing I'm so upset they have poor technicians and poor management if I would of known I would of just payed alittle extra and took our truck to a professional shop never again Thank you Sam's Tires very unhappy customers and try discussing with their insurance company good luck all fraud ball of criminals they couldn't even get me a refund after they damaged our 2,000 dollar wheels don't say I didn't warn ya! Have a blessed day!
