Major shoutout to Nathan at Sam's Club Tire & Battery! I made a trip to New Orleans for the Taylor Swift concert and was driving back as a solo female traveller. I got a flat tire and luckily this Sam's Club was nearby. I was pretty scared and nervous as I had a ~675 mile journey ahead of me and did not know this area well at all. I stopped by this location in hopes of getting this issue fixed. I did not have an appointment. Nathan helped me and changed my flat tire and walked me through the whole process. I only had to wait an hour and it was good to go! I do not know a lot about cars, and appreciated his patience and kindness! Made me so grateful for my Sam's Club membership!

Find another tire place. Anywhere. Check to see if HELL has a tire place. Anywhere but Sam's club in Slidell, LA. Satan may be more compassionate than those men working there. I tried to get as a clear picture as possible to show 2 men joking around and no cars in the garage after they told me the wait would be at least 2 more hours with 3 cars ahead of me. That is after I've already waited 1.5 hours in the store with no update. They never even checked my car. Your best bet is to find a tire shop elsewhere. If you don't value your time and enjoy having lazy men to maybe work on your vehicles (BIG MAYBE), then go to the Sam's club Tire shop in Slidell, LA. To make matters worse, that one guy I asked to check on my car who came back telling me it'd be 2 hours sounded oh so sweet and very very very eager to give me my key back without even an attempt to get me to wait at least 30 minutes to check my car. That's the most manipulative man I've ever had the unfortunate opportunity to have met. Never again. Good luck dealing with them. I prefer to get my food and leave.

If it’s like they don’t want your business. The people working in the tire center do not care. They work as slow as possible. And if that’s not bad enough, they need help balancing a tire. It takes 2 times to get that right. Go to the front desk and wait till the shop mechanic strolls out to ask if he can help. I’m sorry. It’s the worst service in Slidell. This is the last time I’ll ever spend my money on tires at Sam’s Club. THE LAST!!!!!! I hope the Manager sees this.

Impossible to get someone to talk to you. Been waiting a week for my tires to come in. And now I can't get anyone to tell me if they are in and I can't get an installation appointment. Beyond frustrated

Took 15 minutes to get someone to come out to assist me and thats after another employee realized that I was waiting for help to buy two tires.

So I was at Sam’s club last month to replace 3 worn out tires but end up getting 4 All terrain Good Year tires since Sam’s gave me a deal worth $120 off with 5 year/ 60,000 miles warranty and 24/7 road side assistance for $950 bucks. I checked with Costco and local auto shops and this was the best deal and no one even came close. I went to Sam’s at the last minute without any appointment but early in the morning when they opened up and the guys there, accommodated me. It took couple of hours but I was able to do my groceries while they replaced all 4 tires. The staff was professional and courteous and I would recommend everyone to go to Sam’s for there tire needs for peace of mind.

Hard to get ahold of by phone, and waited about 20 minutes for someone to help me in store. Aside from that, great prices, and quick timing to get job done. They honored a warranty issue on a tire for me.
