Membership has its privileges. Just not if you need a simple tire plug. Not a money maker I guess. Couldn't walk in, couldn't make an appointment. Go to BJ's... They got a tire center and cheap gas!

Alex and Evan worked on my truck. Unfortunately the chrome cladded lug nuts were bulged which causes a lot of difficulty when removing. Alex and Evan worked well after their normal closing time to finish the job properly. Great job guys! Thank you!

I am so thankful to Georgio and the staff at Sam's Club Tire and Battery on Cattleman road. My house and business were badly damaged in Hurricane Ian and I was driving from the disaster zone to Tampa. There is debris everywhere, and on the interstate my tire went from full to damaged quickly. It was 6 p.m. and most tire stores were closed, or said they could look at it tomorrow. I haven't seen my family or power in days. I was able to get to this Sam's Club and Georgio hooked me up. I had a tire with a nail, and a tire with a bolt that went in "butt first", they dropped everything to help me and get me out the door in less than an hour. Without them, I would have been stuck in Sarasota, even more expense, and stress to my wife and kids. Georgio is an incredible asset to your store and I hope you treat him well, because he would not accept a tip being against company rules. A true professional in every sense of the word. Thankful for his service.

The tire department was EXCEPTIONAL getting our rentals tire fixed! They were quick, efficient, and soo wonderful to work with! Andrew went above and beyond to take care of our car and get our tire fixed in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend these guys!

Called ahead to make sure they carry my tires. They quoted me and said come on in. I got there and the worker kid said no they dont have my tires too bad so sad. The kid didnt know how to look up the model of tires I needed and sent me away for no reason! Thank you Goodyear for picking up their slack. Never again Sam's! That's twice you've done that to me!
