Thank you Jesus and Nick for getting my battery replaced with ease. I came out of work to car that would barely start with a corroded/cracked battery. They were very flexible, timely and answered all of my questions. I will take my car back there in the future.

Always stuck on the upsell. Came in to have them remove a plug i put in last week and have them install a proper patch. Tried to bs me and tell me the plug ruined the tire by letting water inside. The tire never went totally flat, just a slow leak. Good thing I'm not an idiot or they probably would have got me.

Best service!!!!!!! Just came in for a screw and nail in my tire. Jesus informed me they didn’t have any appointments today that one of the techs called in. Said he could do it tomorrow and apologized for not being able to get me in today. He said he would take a Quick Look at it just to make sure I was save to drive. They were all superficial and i was good to go after he pulled them out and tested the holes. Glad he was worried about safety even though I know they were super busy. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion.

Won't fix some tires even though they can because all you have to do is take it somewhere else like a small place even though Sam's refuses to fix it but the point is they can but won't due to protocol or something. The other small place will do it and it works. Sometimes the bigger place isn't the better place. Its also inconvenient and annoying.

I called Sam’s phone service asking for some BFGoodrich Trail Terrain for my 2021 Rav4, trying to order it online but the lady at the phone told me those tires were unavailable and she said they couldn’t get them. So I drove straight to the store and talked with Jesus Escobedo. He was very serving and diligently guided me through the tire size and recommended accurately the same tire that I was looking for so I order them. Jesus told me that the order was supposed to arrive within 72 hours. Next day of the purchase, received a phone call from the store, to inform that my tires were already there. Positive surprise! Made an appointment for noon o clock and I arrived 30 mins before, second positive surprise, Jesus took my car keys and start to work on my car. I definitely will do my tires in this Sam’s again, and recommend to anyone who’s looking for professional advice, to come to this location. Shoutout to Jesus Escobedo. Thanks for all you do!

The tire and battery center went above and beyond to make sure my car battery was replaced and taken care of. They had a great selection of batteries and tires at a great price too! The gentleman I worked with prompt, kind, and thoughtful and I will definitely be back with any tire or battery need.

Guys - I am so sick and tired of bringing my cars (I have 4 and all tires and Batteries are from Sam's) almost once every month to fix the tire balance problem. Not sure if you are using new technology or 50's old machine to balance the tire. My time is valuable,so also yours. Remove the old junk and replace with new. To the manager - Sam's Club can provide digital pressure gauge to check tire pressure. None of the guys working there, I see, uses digital pressure gauge. Sam's can afford it, I am sure..

If i could give 2.5 stars i would. Tires are great! Service is absolutely the worst around. Everytime i stop in its easily over 2 hours for them to do anything including a simple tire rotation. Usually one person working with two standing around. If you value time don't come here.

I don't go anywhere else anymore for tires are batteries even windshield wipers these guys are awesome they're polite and I don't have to haggle to get to the same price that I would get to you by just going there in the first place and they've always honored the warranties

We came back because the new tires were lacking new valve stems. Not only did Jesus resolve the issue and refund the cost, he also performed a free headlight restoration. Ready to please the customers. ..that's why I gave five stars.
