Sam's Club Tire & Battery

Pulled into the Sam's Club lot today and notice I had a flat tire. Went up the automotive center and there was nobody there to assist. Finally one of the associates showed me a green button to push. There is nothing there to show to press that button. When the technician finally showed at the desk totally unsympathetic to my issue and told me I would have to wait 5 hours to get this tire fixed. Because I did not make an appointment. I guess I should have made the appointment anticipating I was going to have a flat tire when I came to shop at Sam's Club! This repair would have taken every bit of 15 minutes and he refused to assist me. I love Sam's Club but I will never ever use the tire center.

The staff there this morning worked quickly and solved my problem. Both Sammy and Jonathan were professional and informative with friendly faces.

They gave me a good price quote to choose a new tire and did a great job changing out my bad tire. They also added air to all of my tires and my vehicle is now running a lot smoother.

I am a member plus I have a flat tire That I didn't buy from Sam's they fix my tire for no charge . Comparing to Costco club charging me close to $20 because I didn't buy the tire from Costco.
