Great people here. In particular, TRAVIS was very helpful in getting battery installed in my car. They listen your concerns and try to help you with right approaches. I had to have my battery replaced within warranty period and the experience was as smooth as it could be. Had my membership renewed and Definitely come back.

I went to get a tire two DAY in a raw and it was not pasible,I i'm frustraded,and disapoimted.I don't recomend to any one to try getting service with that tire team.

The tire section never receives the phone call. I tried so many times to schedule an appointment for the tire service installation but they donot pick up the phone. I tried to reach out to them both yesterday and today during their business hours. I just have to visit there just for the appointment and again go back for installation. Terrible!!

Bought a battery here, lasted 2 years and the 3 year warranty is not being honored since they didn't install the battery. It took me three calls to this location to get a hold of someone, through the main store operator and direct line for the tire department to pick up the phone. Even explained to the main operator that I was without a car due to the battery being dead, and she could have cared less. Go somewhere else, the dollar savings are not that major compared to the headache you will have. You will be glad you went somewhere where they value your business and stand behind the work and parts that are sold.

Done right by me so far. Had a flat tire due to a nail and got to new tire. Would be 5 stats and it not been closed for "unforeseen circumstances" when I first got there, which complicated the process. (Seems to be a sufficiently recurring situation to warrant a nicely printed sign to be at hand for posting)
