Outstanding job from Michael in the tire center and his team for getting me in as a walk-in when I had problem with my old tires. He did a great job. Got me back on the road and keeping my family safe. I really appreciate this team at the Sam’s Club tire center. I will be buying all of my tires from Sam’s Club in the future. They do a great job. There has never been anyone in automotive to help. I have had to go around to ask someone for help. Once I got the tire in for a repair it's a 2 hour wait. Only 1 service provider in the entire shop. Sams/ Walmart has the worse customer service of any place I shop. No more Sam's for tires.

Needed tires last minute for a trip and the nice gentleman in the tire area assisted me almost close to closing time. I will forever be grateful for his help. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend this place!

Thay have great prices, and once they get started on your car it moves along well, however there are times you will need to get there attention in the back shop , no one up front, and not working on any cars ,just hanging out ,last time I needed a battery, they said there was one car in front of me and it would be about an hour wait, but there were no cars in shop for 40 minutes, one of three could have replaced my battery,they were hanging out in back talking until the car showed up late for there appointment. it only took 15 minutes to do my battery, customer service not managed very well

Brian went above and beyond the call of duty for me: I had a RAV4 that wouldn't start and I didn't know what to do. Brian advised me on next steps (insurance, roadside assist, etc.) and I arrived at Sam's within an hour. Had a dead battery that needed to be replaced. Brian was able to fit me in promptly and I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Outstanding customer service! Thanks, Brian!

First off when we dropped if the car they didn't even ask for keys I had to tell them. Next the didn't have as pay before hand so 2 hours later they call back and said we need to pay before the install. Then 5 hours later still not done said it will be another hour or so. We are on vacation from California so there's one day down just waiting for the car.

Picked up a new battery and quick installation. Decent prices. In and out in about 30 minutes.
