Called them to replace a leaked tire. The person on the line was extremely rude. Probably manager, Outright refused to help me. Initially he told me it would have to be a special order and new tire will come in 1 week, and 5 mins later during the conversation he said, I cannot even do the order for you. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of money. Never buy any services from them. Hard to find an appointment. They do not care if you have a flat tire. Rather than finding a solution and helping a client who is obviously upset because of the tire situation, he showed me attitude. His behavior was disrespectful. He, flat out refused to help or guide for the car issue.

I purchased one tire and wanted them to install it. They told me that the lug nuts on my spare tire were swollen and they couldn’t take the spare off. So now I have a full size tire in my truck and a spare tire I’m driving around on.

Bad customer service, they damaged 1 of the valves, air is coming out, and I need to go to a tire repair after I put 4 new Michelin tire on my car for $1200.00

I came in with my 7 year old to fix a flat because I had a nail in my tire. The guy told me he don't have the right lift for my car! Really? Use a 2 ton jack like everyone else instead of sending me off with a flat to find somewhere on my own on a Sunday no less. Sam's used to be so much better with people who actually care but I see those days are gone. I will never bring my car back here for anything ever! As a follow up I went down the street to get it plugged and it was done without a lift or a jack while the tire was still on the car in about 7 minutes!

Had a terrible experience with this place. Came here multiple weeks and couldn't get my tire replaced. First time they say the don't have the tires for a regular van. Second time they said their compressor not working. Third time they said the wait is 6hours. We came 15 min after they open. We end up buying the tire to have it replaced somewhere. After purchased the tire they hold us back and told us they messed up the order. Made us wait another 30 mins to fix up their mistake. Not only that, they were unapologetic and even upset at us like it was our fault. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had purchased 4 new tires on January 9, 2019, had a flat on April 20, took the car to Sam club, they patched the tire. I had another flat again on the highway on May 25, the tire went from 37 to 0, almost had a bad car accident. That evening l tooked the tire to a 24 hour shop l was told that tire is defected!! I went back to Sam, after waiting for almost an 1 hour. l was told they will change the tire and charged me for installation!! Why should l have to pay for installation again? It was the defected tire l was giving.

Wish I could give zero stars. Grumpiest and rudest people work in the auto center. Went in for a simple flat tire, stand there at the desk for a good 10 minutes Employees at the desk had a I don't care attitude There wasn't even A-line. the customer service sucks After 10 minutes of waiting they denied to fix my tire, I ask to speak to the manager. Manager didn’t even bother to come and talk to the customer. I just decided to leave didn't want to take the chance of these people even messing with my car didn't like the vibe

You have to pay a fee just to join but if you must buy new tires these people will give you a decent deal.
