I had a terrible experience at Sam’s Club Tire Center, specifically with an employee named Kenn. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. When I asked for clarification about a service, his attitude was rude and condescending. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. Customer service is clearly not a priority for him. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on this experience.

Worst tire service ever. Customer service is even worse, managers included. The most incompetent staff. They do not know how to change tires. After two attempts, they claimed they couldn’t get the tires off after the BRAND NEW lug nuts had been loosened for them previously. GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!

Today (08/18/22) my fiancé came in for a 12:00 appointment to have her tires checked because there has been a vibration even after rotating and balancing the wheels and an alignment. I was not with her because I am a college student and was in class. Needless to say she sat from 12:00 until 2:00 waiting for her car. She called me and asked me to come pick her up because she had waited so long just for them to LOOK at her tires. So I left my college class to come pick her up and we went to lunch and at 3:20, still no call saying it was done. I’m fed up with this service because this is not the first time this has happened. I am an auto technician and I know how long it takes to do this job. Absolutely ridiculous and we will not be back.

Employees in the tire center need to work for a female collection service. They stink.

I went there to get a battery for my Ford Edge,they didn't have one to fit my vehicle soo Advance Auto got my business that day!
