Ordered tires and made an appointment to get them installed. Shortly after I arrived I was told they couldn't install them because their lift was causing damage to my car I suggested they use their floor jack and the manager said they couldn't, that it would not fit under the car! What! Oi vey. There was no other cars and 3 people standing around waiting for walk-ins to arrive yet they couldn't/wouldn't take the time to use the floor jack to put on the tires I purchased. Will not be coming back here. I do not recommend this Sam's Club automotive.

Called to try and get my tire fixed as there was a nail in it. I waited on hold for about 10 min before being hung up on. Called again and spoke to someone in customer service who walked over there (thank you!) to let them know. The tire guy gets on the phone, I tell him my situation & he tells me yes they fix tires like this for free so long as it’s possible. Great! I ask when I can set up an appointment and he says he has no idea, due to the fact his iPad is currently in use— but I can call back in 20 minutes to *HOPEFULLY* get on the schedule. Hard pass.

My appointment it was at noon, but nobody was in front, I was waiting for 15 minutes and then I walked to see if somebody was in the shop, one guy was watching is phone and the shop was empty.

I stopped by to get a new car battery after checking prices online. They *supposedly* will clean and change out your battery for free, but it isn't really feasible if you need it *now.* I was told the wait time would be about a week for an appointment to get it done, and a walk-in wasn't going to get done at all. I ended up doing it myself in the parking lot in <5 minutes. Their prices are comparable to anywhere else, so unless you're willing/able to wait a week to have someone else install it, you may as well get a slightly cheaper one somewhere else that doesnt charge an extra $10 for a free install and just DIY. The only brand available here is Duracell, which isn't a bad thing. Definitely better than the NeverReady stuff that Walmart sells. Comes with the standard 3 year warranty that all non-cheapo car batteries have.

My daughter took her car here to get a flat fixed. They told her it couldn't be fixed because it was to close to the side and was told she needed all new tires because they are wore out. Tires are about 50%. She went to TO Hoss and they fixed it with no problems.

I have been to the tire & battery center at the north Sam's a number of times and have always left pleased. Yesterday (4/27/2018) I needed assistance with a pesky construction screw and a tire and Mike couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, and efficient. He gave very informed advice, as well. I do not hesitate to recommend this center and its crew!

Needs more variety of everything, not just brands they control. Why Sam's Club bought out Pace Warehouse, I'm surely at a loss, as Pace was much bigger and more stuff in huge warehouse.

This Sam's Club has the best and most attentive Tire and Battery staff. They graciously found work around Solutions for a problem that wasn't of their creation, and provided extremely courteous service. I commend the staff there for talking to me about my vehicle like I was an intelligent person capable of understanding the concerns with my vehicle.
