Father had a flat around the corner. Was able to inflate enough to drive here. On a busy Sunday they were able to get us in, replace tire and balance in less than 45 mins and everyone couldn’t have been nicer

Same-day flat tire repair, they got us in and out when no other tire shop in the area would even come to the counter. The team at Sam's was very courteous and professional, let us know our options, and kept us informed the whole time they had the car. Will definitely check with them when the time comes to purchase tires for any of our cars.

I'm a 14 year Sam's Club member and I buy probably 2-3 sets of tires a year and at least 2 car batteries a year. While Sam's has excellent prices on tires and batteries, I think I have only made tire and battery purchases there three times since I've been a member. Why is that? Because it is impossible to reach them and schedule an appointment at this location. They currently appear to be running 3 different computer systems at the desk. One for appointments, one for orders and stock, and another for store cash register. Oh, and the entire front check out lines rely on the printer underneath their desk. The person operating the desk is always on the phone trying to give people prices and options for tire quotes. While the shop bays are usually empty or not that busy. The two times I've ordered tires, whether the order was made on line or in person, they are confused when I arrive for my appointment as they don't show it. I have complained and suggested to the store manager they need more help answering calls and making appointments at the tire center. I got a blank response and was asked if I would like to be forwarded back to the tire center (where the phone would keep ringing and I would be put back to the customer service desk again). It is clear to me the tire and battery center would get more business if they had enough front end help to get the desk and phone work done more efficiently. I will gladly take this review down once I am informed the issue is resolved. Otherwise I am finished calling this location and will take my tire and battery business elsewhere. Every WalMart I have been to is better organized than this!

My father bought some tires here at the end of last year and I purchased the car from my father a few weeks after the service was done. He told me the rotors were warped after receiving service from Sam's club. I drove it around thinking I just needed to buy rotors until I went to take the tire off to replace them. On every wheel the lug nuts were either just hand tightened or tightened way above torque spec. Obviously this place doesn't use torque sticks or a torque wrench. There rotors are well above spec thickness. Now I can't bring the car back to Sam's for any type of tire rotation which will void the tire warranty especially once I change the rotors out. I can't afford to change rotors after every visit.

They can't be beat on a lot of things, especially the the pizza in the deli and their rotisserie chicken. Some things are overpriced and some are not bad deals, but might be more than you need. I'm unhappy when I buy something there and then suddenly they stop carrying it. Where's my Big Red gum, Sam?
