Terrible service ...rude nasty employees ...poor communications on everything ...we ordered a full set of tires for our 2014 Cadillac XTS ..they arrived & we were told that they lacked the equipment to install them ... stay away!!!!they did not

Stand waiting 35 minutes just to hear auto center employees are at lunch. Rude ASSociates, worst place in town.

Customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. On 7/22/2020 I arrived at 10 am at this location to buy new tires. There were nobody at the front desk, after about 15 minutes of wait someone came and asked what we wanted, as I started explaining what I want, he interrupted me saying "give me a minutes be right back" as if there were some emergency, then we waited again for about 35 minutes. After he came back he started helping me reluctantly. While going through the different tire options and pricing he decided to take off again saying "he will be right back" this is while I am still getting helped. After a few minutes another lady came and said "the front desk service for auto and tire wont be back until about an hour" I told her that he was in the middle of helping us when he took off again but no desire to help. Although I was very disappointed with this experience I kept my composure and left the Sam's club to never comeback again. The person seems like disgruntle employee that wants to sabotage sams club.
