Bought a battery in February and have taken the battery back 4 times and I keep having the same problem. And nobody wanted to help or try to give me a different type of battery.

Just got another full set of Goodyear tires at Samās on Fashion Drive. Great people to work with, good pricesā¦ they do an excellent job. Robert is a rockstar!

My wife pulled up to to get a tire we called ahead of time and they said they closed at 7pm. My wife pulled up at 6:58 and they refuse to help her. I never thought sams can be that nasty towards their customers. They refuse to put one tire on a rim. I will never take any vehicle I have to them ever again. I have been in management 12 years and this is the definition of poor management.

We bought 4 goodyear tires from Sams., then immediately had aligned 3 miles away at Goodyear store. When husband drove car he noticed a bouncing feeling in front tire. Back to sams, they said tire was defective and made ME pay $16 for them to replace a 3 week old defective tire! Last time we'll use them for tires. Two notch road location.

We purchased 4 brand new tires from Samās tire center...spent almost $600 on them. 6 months later we took our vehicle in for an oil change to the BMW dealership...and they told us all of our tires were bad. Called sams to make them aware of the situation only for them to tell us they are not responsible unless we can prove that we had tires rotated. Tires should be rotated every 6,000-8,000 miles....there is no way we put anywhere close to 6,000 miles on our car in 6 months, this is not our main vehicle. When we went up there, Iām guessing he was the manager, told us that he would give us a discount....so we would āONLYā (yes he used the word only) have to pay $450 (canāt remember the exact amount) for 4 new tires. If I could give no stars I would!!! With that being said...donāt waste your money or your time on Sams tires. We ended up going over to discount tires...where we know they back their warranty!
