The gentleman that work at Sam's Club on venetucci are super helpful and a very polite and sweet. They took good care of me and my car.

Used their services twice so far. Appointments are always booked for weeks in advance? But if you can leave your vehicle they can usually get it done by the end of the day.

I bought tires, went to have them installed waited about 45 minutes was called back to the service desk they told me that they could not get a few of the Lugnuts off and that I needed to go to a professional shop to get them removed. He explained that he tried a breaker bar and it failed. I went home my husband who is a mechanic took one look at them and saw that they had stripped them. You could tell that the damage was new. My husband went in and they where rude said that it wasn’t there fault that I would need to take it some where and pay for it to be fixed when I already paid around $500! Baffles me that they wouldn’t take responsibility or do anything to help. I’ve been a member for a few years but after the way this had gone down I will be reconsidering that!

Thanks for patching up my tire and making room in your all's busy schedule. Went to them to patch my tire, because they do it for a great price (a price that you can't beet)! Also they did a great job installing tires on my other car, at a great price.

I bought four tires and they said they could install them. The tires were Michelin pilot sport 4S, 295/30/20 and 305/30/20. They put one tire on my rim and called me stating they weren’t able to put air in it and that I needed to take it to someplace else. They wouldn’t even remove the tire from the rim. So now I have one rim with a tire on it with no air because they don’t know how to do their job. Which is great, considering most rim and tire places won’t install tires and rims not bought through them. Here’s a novel idea, don’t sell tires you have no idea how to install! Thanks for nothing Sams club.

We just bought and had mounted four tires. We had an appointment we were on time for and our wait was an hour and fourty-five minutes. Not good. They were booked solid all day without enough help. Will go elsewhere next time.
