Omar was one of a kind. Incredible customer service, accommodating, and willing to work with and help you out. Saved me from being stranded for 5 days after having some tire difficulties. Can’t recommend this center enough!

l thought Human Kindness is nonexistent these days; but, Mark who is one of the Tire Tech here proved me wrong! The team has been nothing but with excellent guest service! He happily took the time to answer my question if l need new set of tires! He went back to my car and checked what kind l need. He showed me the options so l can start saving money when it’s time. It was a busy Saturday and was easier to be dismissive but hey l might’ve been there the right time when all were in better mood! Tire rotation & balancing was done. My Civic is running better now. Thank You!!

We blew a tire on the way to Laughlin in the middle of the night. Swapped to spare. Came in here after enjoying some time at the pool at the Avi. They found us in the computer and swapped out the blown tire. Though we did have to get a new one for the other side of the car so they are both new tread. But we kept the old good one in case we ever blow another at the same tread wear.

Will never purchase tires here again. My mom bought four tires from them less than two years ago. This year her tire light kept coming on so we take the car in. We wait 2 hours, watch several people be helped who came in after us, only to be told everything is fine and they rotated them. We leave and her car is severely pulling to the left. We take it back the next day and receive a very rude welcome because we came in before 10am but they will "let it slide" this once. They rotate the tires again and tell us nothing is wrong. They treat us like we're overreacting because we are women. Yesterday my mom's tire blew and her car almost flipped and killed her going to Vegas. Her vehicle is totalled but thankfully she walked away with her life. We are never buying tires here again. The customer service and lack of care is awful.
