If I can put zero, I would put a zero star. Really bad customer service. The technician that works at the tire shop his name is Andy very rude and very bad on customer service . I had appointment to change my tires, he said I have no time to look at your tires because he said I’m going to lunch and we are short staffing. He don’t even want to explain or show me the different between tires to choose. When had no choice, he pull the car in the shop and start cleaning the shop and wasting time. Don’t waist your time and money on this location. You should read the reviews before you come to this location.

Great folks, but they need more employees. They appeared very overworked. Still, they had friendly and helpful attitudes. Do you know they offer a headlight service? My car's headlights were cloudy. They totally made them CLEAR again, and it's guaranteed for 5-years! But it takes 3 hours. Yes. I watched them, and the 3-hr is valid. They had to heat them up. So BE PATIENT, it's worth it! And to the men and women working there: THANK YOU!

There was not a single car being serviced and I was told they couldn't help me because I didn't have an appointment.

They make you waste your time and are always short staffed. The cheaper prices aren’t worth it would rather go to an actual tire shop. Do better SAMS and hire more staff.

I normally do not write reviews for places but I felt the need to after how professional and understanding the staff was at this location. I made a last-second reservation to get a new set of tires after some unfortunate events the day prior caused two of mine to go flat. They were quick and efficient when it came to replacing all four and I was in and out within 35 minutes of getting there. A + to everyone involved and I will for sure be coming back for future services.

I made an appointment for 10:00 am, was told to arrive by 9:45. Arrived at 9:45 and went around to where mechanics are. Told them I was here for my appointment. I was told I needed to wait in line and go into the store (to drop off my car?). By 10:10 zero people had been admitted into the store and after many were waiting in the parking lot (as it was 40° outside) but were huddled under the awning, waiting to get in, the scene looking like a FEMA center. I left.

I never ended up using their services, but when I called to inquire about their return policy on unused car batteries, the lady with a Hispanic accent who picked up the phone was COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT at doing her job. First of all, I rephrased my question around 3 times, and she still struggled to comprehend what I was asking her, likely due to a poor command of English. After the third attempt, she became annoyed and HUNG UP on me, which was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Overall, if the manager of this location is wanting to improve, I believe that they should put more effort in ensuring that their employees have a basic level of competency in providing customer service, and at least avoid hiring people that exhibit a low level of intelligence and/or lack basic English and professionalism skills.

Seriously horrible customer service. Drove up to the tire shop with a flat tire today. Lady comes up to my window five minutes after being aware of me being there EXTREMELY rude from the get go. I politely alert her of my issue and still proceeds to be as rude as possible, acting completely dumbfounded that someone with a flat tire would drive up to the part of the building that says tire repair. Go inside and of course there’s someone else just standing there who hasn’t been helped. I have to knock on the glass that connects to the garage just so they can help this lady then me. I left my hazards on so my battery drained, I ask if they have a car charger, guy says it’s broken, so I ask if he can jump my car with his, after which he tries the charger and surprise surprise it works. I get it, y’all hate your job, but damn.

Took my 2011 KIA Sorento Ex6 to checkout the flat tire icon light on my dashboard. Told one tire had a bail in the sidewall (I never saw that prior to going to SAMS tire.. Then told our children required specialized tires for our model. Gave us a verbal vs written estimate of more than 800 dollars and sent us away stating that couldn't help us that day and that we needed to make another appointment for service.

Horrible customer service. There were several people waiting alongside me (I got there not too long after they opened) and none of us were ever greeted or acknowledged by anyone in the tire department. The main door greeter of Sam's club was very nice and helpful in helping us get someone from the tire department to help us, but she shouldn't have had to do that. Seemed like there was only one employee working even though there was obviously more customers than they could handle. Many of the people waiting, including me, ended up walking away and leaving after beong ignored. Never coming back.

Sometimes a little slower but works better if you make an appointment Also buying tires on sale usually means they are getting old and you might want to check the manufacturing date for each tire , since they can go bad even sitting on the shelf. Car batteries are cheaper than others and they have 3 years free replacement. Make sure you don't loose the date sticker from the battery btw ...

Employees should stop taking selfi pictures and do their job. 1,5 hours and still waiting for flat tire repair ( not even busy). We have things to do during the day but i am still waiting for your employee to finish his conversation with his friends. Come on!
