Do not go to this particular location for tires. They are extremely inexperienced. They damaged two of my rear rims which thankfully Sam’s club store management made it right but I returned for a flat repair and they damaged one of them again while being incredibly rude. The “lead” tire tech is so unorganized and has no clue how to lead a small team of techs. Just do yourself a favor and go to another location. They WILL damage your car in some way at this location

Despite having an appointment, I was left waiting for a staggering 2.5 hours for the installation of just four tires, I had to stand around with no clear communication about the delay. When the tire technicians finally began the installation, it became obvious that they had no idea what they were doing. After completing the job, I noticed that all four tires had different tire air pressure, which doesn't make sense since it got installed by a tire technician, not a butcher. This negligence not only reflects poorly on the technician but also raises concerns about the overall quality of service at this location. I had to visit another reputable tire shop afterward to rebalance the same tires since my truck was shaking uncontrollably at speeds of 50mph and higher. This experience was incredibly frustrating and made me question the competence of the staff at Sam's Club tire department. I am deeply disappointed by this service, and I cannot recommend Sam's Club tire department to anyone based on this encounter. The lack of professionalism, poor time management, and insufficient service make it clear that improvements are urgently needed. I sincerely hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the deficiencies in their tire department.

First off, ordering tires online from Sam’s is a real pain and they need a better process. First time I ordered 4 tires and they never emailed me letting me know they arrived, I had to go to the store 2 weeks later to find out they are sitting on the rack. This time I ordered one tire and three weeks went by and never received an email, went to the store ready to argue with the tire and battery mgr and club mgr because after calling the store and them telling me to wait for the email and that they have no way of checking if the tire has arrived, then calling sams club online support who is telling me to call the store. Anyways, Juan at Sams Club made my day so much better. He was willing to check if the tire came in both in the tire and battery area as well as in the receiving area, after he confirmed it has not shownup. I really just needed a tire and any will do, he was super helpful in canceling the old order for the tire that has not arrived and finding any other Goodyear tire in stock. He took the initiative and put it on right away. I was in and out in 30 mins. Juan really changed the whole situation around. I didn’t have to argue with any mgrs or call customer service while at the store. I now have a drivable car again after three weeks. Thanks Juan! You saved the day!

Great service and prices. The batteries were the lowest prices I could find. The associate, James, was awesome and helped me install my new battery even though I arrived right before they closed.
