I have been going to this Sam's for many years for tire purchases and service and have been happy with both the service and quality of the tires.

Called to come in for an emergency tire fix. Have been Costco members and we were always able to come in and get in line to be fixed at Costco. Moved to San Angelo, where there is no Costco, so we became Sam’s club members. Had a surprise bolt pierce our tire and it was leaking really bad, but Sam’s club would not allow us to come in same day for a fix, we had to schedule an appointment for another day. That, of course, doesn’t work for a tire that is actively and severely going flat.

I scheduled a service appointment with their tire technician at the store. When I presented at the scheduled time, the tire center was closed. Then I called in to reschedule of causes they put me on wait for a long while and finally responded and said “I am sorry for the wait please call back later….”What a service” if you’d ask me.

4 wheels are damaged during the installation. But the club deny it even they saw it. Not willing to solve this problem. Manager never answer the phone nor get me an inspector. It occurred in December 2018, but it still no feedback is received at all from local club.

Got a great price on a set of tires here and they were very quick with the install. What else can you hope for? It seems that they don't always have the best price though. Checked their price in another set of tires for my wife's vehicle and they were quite a bit higher. I also had them perform a repair on a tire and the service was fast and free.
