Scheduled a simple rotate & balance for noon. Showed up on time. Told it would be an hour. Walked up an hour and a half later to see if it had been finished & was told they hadn’t even started. Had to get our keys and leave without even getting our tires balanced. The truck is shaking because they didn’t balance it correctly last time we got them balanced. They were taking walk-ins ahead of us. We have small kids and it’s hard enough waiting an hour, let alone what would have ended up being well over 2 hours. The excuse was they only had two guys, which is totally understandable (if you’re not taking walk-ins ahead of those who proactively scheduled). Everywhere is short-staffed right now, but tell me that when I get there and that the hour might actually be 2+. Not angry, just disappointed. Will be going somewhere else next time.

A lot of meat selection. Unfortunately it's top cuts are only graded choice. And most of the seafood is in waterlogged packaging. Seafood needs to be frozen if placed out in main aisles for shelf life.

These guy go above and beyond. Have a car that has a battery that is a real pain to replace and I won't spend the hour or so fighting it. They did it with a smile and very graciously declined a tip for keeping them after hours an extra 30 minutes.

While the parking looked busy, the store itself was a little crowded but checkout was pain free and easy. The store was stocked, unlike some other stores that I've seen recently. They had good prices on enough items that I could have broken my bank LOL.
