This was the only shop I would bring my car too. Been a customer for about 10 years. They had great service with great customer service… However, after we brought our car in to take care of ticking when I turn, stalling when I reverse and a leak (service light on) we paid over $7000 and to this day, it still stalls, still have the ticking when I turn and and the service light is still on. I do not recommend this location anymore! I would highly recommend paying a little more somewhere else to ensure the work is done properly. Now my engine sounds worse and now over every bump I hear a horrible thunk sound!!!! They even replaced my brake booster as they claimed it was leaking from there. Now my cars’ brake booster is even worse now from before. Plus they put in aftermarket parts and not OEM certified parts. My foot goes all the way down when I brake now. I’m super upset with the amount of money we gave them and trusting them, to only have them mess up our car even worse. This is our families only vehicle!!!! Do better!!!!!!!!! I will be reporting this business to the BBB to make them aware of fraudulent repairs.

I have to say I was really happy I found this auto shop I was really leery about mechanic shops but they are honest and do good work, I even had my daughter take her car there, that’s how much I trust their work I would highly recommend them

These are very good at their job. I even went to other places but they couldn't find the fault. They found it here. My car was a new car in 2023. These are very nice people. This is my first time coming here. I live in another state. I was very happy. Thank you very much. I paid a lot of money elsewhere but these gave me a huge discount. I can't praise them more because you have to come and see. Thank you again guys God bless you.

11/14/2023 I took my car here to get my oil pan gasket leak fixed. I left my car there and took an Uber home. They called me the next day saying my car was ready, Soon as I got in the sensor went off saying my car battery was low which it wasn't when I left it there. Ended up having to buy a new battery. Fast forward, I needed a repair for something else on my car so I called a mobile mechanic before he came I looked under my car and my skid plate was hanging down like barely holding on. The mechanic did the tune up I wanted and told me 4-5 screws are missing from your skid plate and you have an oil leak.. I told him I went to Sammy's auto shop and it should have been fixed. I called them why he was working on my car and they told me to bring in obviously I couldn't at that moment. For 390.00 I have the leak since I have a Volvo had to order the missing screws they didn't put back on my skid plate and have them put on but the damage to the plate is just another reason you shouldn't take your car etc here. Today about 15 minutes ago I called the shop to tell the owner that I went and got an oil change and they confirmed what the mechanic said the owner was rude and combative and while I was talking he said if I didn't listen he was going to hang up on me. Bad service bad customer service don't go here!

My daughter had her brakes done at another shop and they made huge mistakes that almost cost both mine and her life. Sammy’s took her car in fixed it correctly and got her safely back on the road. Definitely recommend this shop.

This shop is a honest dependable and professional shop that will keep you informed on the process of your vehicle and should anything be different or needed. They will let you know, and give you a fair and honest price. I can't say enough about it. I would recommend this auto repair shop to friends and family and i do!!!😊

I wish I have the option of give this place 0 stars like a year ago I purchased 4 brand new tires ( apparently new ) neeeea they were not new my vehicle is constantly alerting me the my tires need air I took my car to an other place they told we it can’t not be plugged already had 2 plugs weren’t they brand new?? I pay it over 400.00$ also at the same time I took my other car to replace the gas pump charged me 800$hey make my car turn on but ready to dumped to junkyard do not go to this place Sammy’s on 75 Ave Indian school

Never fixed the problem. Just had me ordering parts that caused me hundreds of dollars. Charging for labor that cost me hundreds of dollars. Now I have to find a place that actually knows what the problem is and are not just guessing. Fool me once. Thats it!

Over quoted me 2000+ for a 300 repair. went to a trusted mechanic and they charged me 500 total for 2 different repairs. Do not recommend!!!

FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED since 2013. This place is amazing! Their prices are low! They even offer financing for those who can’t afford their repairs. Plus they are kind and caring, it’s hard to find that in a mechanic these days. I would definitely recommend them over all mechanics!

I have been a customer of sammys for many years. It's a family owned business and they treat you like family. They always do their best to get you the most affordable pricing on work needed. Today I went in and shocks, control arms, and brakes were needed. They went over everything with me in detail and pointed everything out on the ride. Financing was available allowing 100 days same as cash with approval. It's a great place to take your vehicle for service!

I’m going to be honest I wouldn’t go to there Glendale location was told as long I made it by 345pm I will be serviced and go there waited over a hour just to be told had to wait till the following Monday but then I called the number on business card and the brother at west phoenix location was very welcoming and pleasant

We have been going to sammys since they bought the place. It's a family owned business and they are great! They are honest and respectful. They have payment plans that are offered there when short on payment. Honest in giving time it will take to get the work done. Great prices!

I been coming here for years and I trusted them with my cars. But now I’m really disappointed because they just been stealing from. I took my car to the actual Chevy dealership and they stated that some parts were missing from my car. I just took it like a month ago and I payed $700 for the dealership to tell me that it didn’t seem like they did what they stated. Just be careful if you guys take your car with them !!!!

Brought my car in today for a power steering pump replacement and ac diagnostic. Everything was super smooth and great until I picked up my car and noticed an electrical sparking noise coming from where they worked. I came back less than 10 minutes after picking up my car and simply asked them if the noise was related to something we discussed. I'm guessing it's the owner but he gave me the run around acting like i hadnt just been there and immediately wanted to charge me another diagnostic fee just to look under the car and tell me where it was coming from after i just spent 400 getting my car repaired and going through 2 diagnostics. He probably wasted more time talking about why he needed to charge me more and talking bad about his son being the problem than it would have taken to help me out. Would have taken 2 minutes on a lift but they took the time to give me a long list of expensive stuff they thought I needed not at all related to why I was there. Obviously this place could care less about their customers and I won't be back unfortunately.

I advise you if you’re going to align your car don’t go here. They just rip you off. If you need work done on your car they’ll let you know after the alignment, so the alignment they do is just a waste because after you fix you parts you have to align it again. If I could give it 0 starts I would. If you let them know they get aggressive .

I took my 1988 Lincoln Town car to several auto shops and they told me they won't be able to find parts. Sammy's auto shop fixed my car right away and no problem with parts! Outstanding auto service and customer service too.

I went to Sammy'sauto shop for an oil change on my wife car. My wife usually have that taken care of at Walmart but this time they couldn't remove the oil pan plug due to over tightening last time they service it. So I told my wife I'll take it to Sammy's I know they can get the job done and I was right. The owner Ramon told me it was really on there pretty tight but was able to get the job done. That's the place to go if you need vehicle service.

I’m from out of town and needed my Truck looked at first thing Saturday morning. They took me in right away and were completely open and honest about their diagnosis and the steps I could take moving forward to fix my issue. Whether you’re in trouble and need help asap or are from the area and need a reliable shop, I suggest you give these guys the opportunity to earn your business. I’m happy I did.

Took my car to them to install motor mounts. They gave me a great deal on the labor. I had purchased the parts, however one of the parts I was sold was not the correct part. It apparently fit, but was too loose. They apparently didn't check it out after installing, or tell me it was not the right part. As a mechanic shop I would think they would know it wasnt the correct part or fit. After getting the car back I noticed it clanking underneath, where the part was replaced. I took it back to them within a couple days to check it out. They told me the part is defective, and they would replace it for more money. Yes, I understand that I brought the parts and that doesn't mean they warrenty the labor. I took it to another shop to look at because I didn't really believe them. They found it was the wrong part and replaced it with the right part. Because of Sammy's Auto Service negligence in checking thier work, or making sure it was the correct part before installing I am know out over $200. I won't return, nor will I refer anyone to them. Thanks for taking advantage of a "customer" so you could make a buck.
