The owner was very transparent and straight to the point. He was even able quote me on the first call and the final repair cost was true to said quote. He was able to get my power steering pump, and serpentine belt replaced as well as an oil change all before my work was done! After dealing with a very difficult to turn wheel for months it felt like butter after Sam and team finished repairs! We will definitely be using Sam for any future fixes. Fair quote. No gimmicks. Timely.

Terrible service. Completely unaware of what they are doing. Any small job, just YOUTUBE it. Any large job, go somewhere else unless you want more problems than what you started with.

Referred by co-worker. Previous garage went out of biz & needed someone I can trust. Like that Sam explains things in way that I understand. Fairly priced. Don't have 2 leave car all day 4 minor repairs.

Sam diagnosed and repaired my car. I took my car to a different mechanic before Sam, and they did a horrible job. Sam reviewed the work previously done, advised that I was still having brake issues because the previous work wasn't done correctly, and gave me what I think is a fair quote for parts and to repair the issue. The car now runs much better, with no leaks or the major issues it had before. I would highly recommend Sam if anyone had issues with their car.

I took my car there out of curiosity as to if he was a fair mechanic. Initially it was just for a tune-up. He quoted me a great price, so I included a review of my AC as well. He did a great job on both and saved me hundreds of dollars.

He’s an amazing mechanic! He checks your car out and tells you exactly what’s wrong. He doesn’t try to get over on you like a lot of these mechanics do out here.

Sam is very good at what he does and educates you about your vehicle. He doesn't take forever fixing your vehicle and you don't have to take out a second mortgage to pay for the repair. He will get all of my business!

Great mechanic. Short story...I had a lexus GL 470 I believe it was. The truck wouldn't drive forward correctly, I called sam wong and had my truck towed to him. I was expecting to pay at least 1000-3000 for repairs. He called me back, told me to come get my damn car and stop putting the 4x4 on.😂 he charged $0.00. He is a funny guy, very honest.

Sam was EXTREMELY RUDE to me when I visited his shop. I was having an issue with my car losing power si I kindly called and asked if he could look at it for me. When I arrived the following day, he acted like he didn't remember our prior phone conversation, took my keys, rushed out of the door, took my car at a hasty speed down percival, came back in about 3-4 minutes, threw my keys on the counter and said 'Transmission'. Only one word. I looked at him appalled feeling like I would have like to have known more details . I simply asked " Is it the whole transmission?". He with a smart elik smirk looked at me and said "Do you want me to say half transmission?". I no longer wanted to be anywhere near him or his garage!! I kindly picked my keys up, said to him that I was sorry for his inconvenience and left. Another time was about 2 yrs ago and he was very rude then too but I thought I might give him another chance. I will NEVER go back to him again!! Terrible customer service and Very Rude!!!
