Definitely 5-Stars! I have had 2 experiennces with Salts Tire, and both had stellar outcomes. My mechanic, Red, recommended Salts to replace the failing tire air pressure sensors on my truck. When I went in to inquire and schedule a time for the repair, they were able to squeeze me in, right then, and completed the job while I waited. The job was done quickly, the work was done perfectly (all has been well for over a year, so far) and the cost was more reasonable than any other work I’ve had done on my truck in recent years. I just returned to Salts last week to see about getting new tires for my truck. My daughter had helped me price tires on the internet and because of my past experience with Salt and because I try to support independent businesses, I figured I’d at least see if they could meet the prices I’d found online. Salts cost literally $200 LESS than the ‘deals’ I found for comparable tires at the ‘chain stores’ that I had expected to be cheaper because of the quantity of tires they sell. I had told Craig at Salts about the kind of driving I do - moslty highway with regular trips to snowy places - and I got the tires he recommended. I ended up in the snow this past week and the tires exceeded my expectations for performance. That feeling of security on the road plus the feeling I had been given a very good deal and excellent service is what prompted me to write this review. I’m driving my family to snowy places North over the holidays, and will do so with confidence in my tires and I owe that to Salts. I definitely recommend and trust in Salts Tires.

I would give 100 stars ⭐️ if I could. My tire had a slow leak and I looked up who to call on my neighborhood Facebook page. Salts had rave reviews and I now see why. I gave them a call and explained I’ve had a pretty fast leak over the last week or so and wondered if they could take a look. They told me to come on in anytime. Once I got there, they were literally walking out to greet me and had me pull in to check it out. I had a nail AND a screw in one of my tires. They repaired the tire and topped off the other three and I was on my way in less than 25 minutes and at a super low cost! The shop was clean and they were friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience! Thank you, Salts!

Omgoodness this shop right here....their knowledge & get it right the 1st time attitude is awesome. They put these other tire shops to shame. Sooo glad I found them by accident. Knowledge, pricing and customer service was impeccable. They are my new go to tire shop.

I had a fantastic experience at Salt's. After trying seven other shops, they were the only ones willing to put tires on my 12 wides. The staff was knowledgeable and took great care not to scratch my wheels during installation. They did a fantastic job, and I highly recommend them. Cool guys I won't be going anywhere else in Columbus for my tire needs.

I highly recommend going to Salts Tires. It was a nicer transaction than going to one of these chain tire places. Plus, their prices were also better. Going to Salts was a win all around.

Salts provided me with prompt, excellent service last week. My tire was leaking, and they did a thorough investigation to find the issue. They kept me posted about the process, were quick with the repair, and charged me a reasonable price.

If your looking for an honest tire shop that won't push unnecessary work on you then go to salts tire. They can fix alot of tire issues without needing to buy a new tire . If you do need a replacement, there very reasonable in there prices

Salts Tires are phenomenal and very very agile. The whole shop is put together, I can’t wait to see them expand. I had talked with Brandon over the phone Wednesday morning around noon, the next day my snow tires are in. If you want good quality & fair pricing GO HERE. Great group of fellas. I had also talked with Craig, great group of guys😎 I had this 2006 ford five hundred for 5 years now. They treated it like any other car that would come through for business.

Salts got me in same day, explained the problem (and showed me) that the issue was my rims not my tires. He could have sold me new tires to make money, but he was honest and that is so nice to find in an auto business these days. When I do need tires I know exactly where to go. Today I got out the door quick and it cost $100+tax which was more than fair. If you are having any issues with your tires always wanting air or needing replaced these are the guys I would go to. Integrity.

We arrived from a three week vacation to find a flat tire at our hotel near John Glenn International Airport. Luckily Salt Tire was only one third of a mile away and we had two tires installed in seventeen minutes! We were impressed the owner of the shop is passionate about tires and performing the service and sales. It’s a joy to support a small business where the owner is installing and advising us on our best tire choices.

Wow. Brandon and Elijah both helped me in such an amazing time frame. There was no line, so I popped over from my hotel after a week from hell They were incredibly professional and caring of my situation, answered all of my questions like experts, and had me in and out in an incredibly fast time. I couldn't be happier. Next time I'm in Ohio with issues, I'll definitely be coming to Salts Tire Thanks guys!
