I’ve been dealing with Robert for around 5 years on vehicle repairs and I have to say for the first time I’m disappointed in customer service . Not in vehicle repair but on how you treat customers and that your word goes a long way . Especially when you spend over $4000 in repairs and can not even get a receipt so that you can file vehicle insurance repair . When I brought it up to Robert attention he kept giving me the run around on receipt and would not release vehicle until paid in full . I don’t know how you do business in today time but when you spend that much money I think you should at least get a receipt . To end this review all I say is be very careful with Robert promises and prices changing on repairs

A tire shop recommended me this place to do an alignment to my vehicle, I guess the guy was in a bad mood. it seems like he didn't want my small business. He told me to leave my truck there and that there's no known timing to get to. I drove off and went to a place on the southwest side. (My third time here) cheaper, clean, large waiting lobby and very polite people.

DO NOT COME HERE. TURN BACK. you will be over charged. THEY WILL GIVE YOU ONE PRICE THEN ADD AN EXTRA $200. Horrible customer service. Hopefully this place gets shut down. please find better mechanics.

Roberto is the best at what he does he fixed my car I’m so happy he fixed my problem on my vehicle and had it back up and running how it was suppose to be I would recommend him to anyone this is the best shop ever !!!!!! Definitely will be coming back again for all my other services GREAT WORK

Had worked done on my 2003 F-150 in mid-February. Got an engine swapped, brakes and calipers all around, plus new fuel pump and filter. Cost me about $3500 and “it’ll be ready next week”. Wasn’t expecting nor needing it quick, but that’s a bonus.

The Best Place to take your automobile in Houston to get your automotive needs taken care of. Mr. Sal and his staff are the Absolute Best I had a blend door actuator shut open on a 2013 Ford Edge and the heat was unbearable on the passenger side. I took to Mr.Sal and he explained what was happening and replaced the actuator in a very reasonable amount of time. I give Kudos to Mr. Sal and his staff for doing Excellent Work.

Disappointed in this location. I have been coming here for years to get my oil changed but most recently they tried to scam me by charging me more money just because I am a woman. The guys who were overcharging me were most likely new because I hadn’t seen them there before. Cuidado cuando vengan a obtener servicio aquí. Los hombres le cobran más a las mujeres no mas porque creen que no sabemos nada pero no se dejen!! Están muy mal!!!

First time I went was 2 months ago. Great service the guy with braces took care of my car. A little over priced however, I left it because of the turnaround time was quick.This time I took it in had already agreed on what was wrong with it with the previous Mecanic. In the morning here comes the MANAGER! Such an arrogant person… changed all i agreed on with the previous employee. This gentleman was charging me over $500 for labor! Will never return. Rude,unprofessional and unethical. I found all parts at orielly the same day for half of the price.

This place is absolutely a godsend to this area! We are a low income community, but Robert and his staff realize the neighborhood can't afford high labor costs. So he in turn will give us high quality work and parts for very very reasonable prices. Thank you Robert!!! Keep up the great work!

Sal always knows his stuff, always gives an accurate estimate, always tries to help you save money, always gets the repair done right, and always gets or done quick. It's astounding.
