Saggu has very good mechanics and their prices are fair. One piece of advice is hire someone to answer the phone and make reservations. Offer you will call and the phone will ring and ring and ring and ring and no one will pick it up, which is bad. I have nothing but good things to say about these people and if you can get them to pick up the phone or if you just need to stop by and see them, which is what I think they prefer. It’s a great company to work with.

Service is fast an well handled. As a woman it’s nice going into a shop that doesn’t treat me like I’m dumb. Will be back if we need services again. Henry was the one who made my experience the best.

The employees here are very proud people. Anyone who goes here will not go a second time and they will stop others. Ask me something, I felt ashamed there I needed a 2024 car inspection. I called earlier, but even though they were not busy, they reduced my time after it was late. I went from Federal Way to Kent about 10+ miles. I hope they fix it. No, no one has to go there

‼️‼️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ‼️‼️ worst inspection place ever, do not take vehicles here for inspection. pay extra and take it somewhere else. these guys are liars and racist. my first and last visit to these morans. they do not know nothing about inspecting a vehicle

While traveling my engine light came on. I stopped for help and the gentlemen here stopped what they were doing to help me figure out the issue. Driving a motor home. Thank you for your help, is was very appreciated.
