Honest and Efficient. Moved here from out of town, needed a place to take my older model Honda to, due to a blown head gasket. Tom handled everything with honesty and transparency. I now have a home for my Honda in the IE! Definitely would recommend.

It's a very busy shop, so busy that now they just ignore your text. How unprofessional can you be that you simply ignore a customer because there isn't enough workers to keep up with the demand. A simple response stating there are no available openings or something along those lines. Too bad I have to take my business else where after so many years. "Bad not Good"

First time customer at Sacto Auto, and I am impressed. Fair pricing (better than dealership), constant communication, good advisement on what service needed to be done and what could wait. My overall impression is that these guys care for the customers, and put the customer's interests before theirs. They are courteous, communicate very clearly and text you along the way. I felt confident when I dropped off my car, and was even more confident that I found a good mechanic after the experience.
