S&S fixed my 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid after getting sideswiped. The car was damaged from bumper to bumper on the driver side. S&S took about 6 weeks to fix the car due to the holidays and it being a big job. They kept us updated weekly with photos and progress pics. They were open with communication and even worked an extra 1/2 day on NYE to get caught up and get our car back to us. The car was as good as new when we picked it up. We really appreciate the service and would definitely use the shop again, if we ever need to.

Could not be happier with the quality of work and customer service. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone - especially with a luxury vehicle. From front desk, to the workers, to the owner, everyone treated me like family.

Disappointing Experience - Not What I Expected I had high expectations for this shop, given all the positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. When I picked up my car, it was unwashed, which was surprising for a business that prides itself on quality. You would think they would want to present the car in its best condition, especially after repair work was done. Additionally, the interior was dusty from the body shop work, which was not something I expected. The splash guards that are attached to the rear bumper, which had been repaired, were not properly secured. They able to quickly fix this using double-sided tape, but it shouldn't have been necessary. When inspecting the trunk, I noticed that the carpet pieces were not properly positioned, and on one side of the trunk the fabric lining on the truck wall was out of place. Also, a plastic piece that should have been attached to the body was missing the fasteners needed to secure it. At this point, the shop did offer to keep the car and fix these issues, but it would have required me to take additional time off work and arrange transportation. Given the inconvenience, I chose to address the issues myself. Overall, this level of service is far below what I expected based on the glowing reviews. I'm left wondering how such a well-regarded shop could overlook these details.

Joe is wonderful, what a great guy. They did an awesome job on a large piece of sun damaged trim and buffed out my carbon fiber spoiler...looks brand new. Came in under what he said it would cost. Very happy and would recommend highly. 10/24 More damage a year later, big dent and scratch in my hood. They did a awesome job again...painted hood...smooth as glass. They also clear coated my CF spoiler, looks brand new!!! 2nd time they did work for me and couldn't be happier!!! (They also filled my washer fluid...light was probably driving them crazy too) thank you!!!

Professional, fast and thorough! Everyone there was also very friendly and happy to help in any way possible. I highly recommend them and personally never use anyone else for body work on vehicle.

Highly Recommend S&S! Everyone was so nice & professional. I brought in my Explorer to have paint & a lot of body work done. Jorge was great & took care of everything with my insurance immediately. He kept me updated through the entire process & my vehicle looks great. If I ever need work done again, I will definitely be back! Support your local small businesses!

Honest folks from the estimate to reacquiring the vehicle. There were no surprises. Top notch quality workmanship. The paint blended spectacularly. It looks better than the day I drove it off the showroom! They also went to bat with the insurance company when they didn't want to pay for two items. Most other body shops would have been shady and let the vehicle roll out. The folks at S&S said no way, This has to be replaced! They really went above and beyond. Outstanding customer service and business motto combined with just the perfect amount of pride in workmanship. Why would you go anywhere else?

They did a great job on the body work. Just need to make sure the inside is cleaned up after the work is done. But I would highly recommend taking anything you have to them!

Excellent from start to finish. Easy, accessible, and available communication. Great work and delivered on time. When I picked up, exterior was buffed and interior cleaned. Couldn’t be happier with the staff and work they did in fixing my car with an efficient and easy process. I will recommend to friends and they now have a loyal customer who will return!

Everything was such a smooth and easy process ! I was informed the whole time throughout the process. I even got my car back earlier than expected which was cool. When I received my car back it was all cleaned out on the inside , filled with gas and a wash off on the outside , i honestly was not expecting any of that so it was nice to get my car back in that condition. My car looked brand new again. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone , very professional and sweet service provider . Enjoyed my experience of having my car fixed with no issues and just super easy!

I really can’t say enough to show my appreciation for this company. I was in an accident a little over a month ago. They were there for me every step of the way. Even when there was no update I often received emails just letting me know we were still waiting on insurance. They made a terrible occurrence so much easier. Their communication was fantastic and the work they did was phenomenal

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They walked me through the claim process and was very helpful with any question that I had. Brought my truck to them and they got right on it that day. Got me more than double than what my insurance was trying to pay out. I will use this shop from now on. Highly recommend them to anyone that's had to file an insurance claim.
